Charges for Renewal of worn out studs in Top support for CWP seating area & Motor Stool seating area welding removal of existing damaged studs, drilling and tapping and fixing of new studs (SS 316 M30*140mm Studs), metal filling and grinding the welded surface including cost of consumables, and hire charges for T & P's
Charges for Sand blasting the Top support of CWP internal and external surfaces
Charges for locating the detoriated portion in the Pipe top support spiguard area, filling the area with the appropriate matching metal by welding, grinding and finishing the spiguard area in order to strengthening the pipe top support by using special types of welding electrodes, checking for any blow holes in the welded portion as per the direction of the site engineer, including the cost of consumables and t&P)s etc.
Charges for thorough cleaning and epoxy coal tar painting over the Top support of CWP (both inner and outer surfaces) including cost of epoxy coal tar paint, consumables and hire charges for T & Ps, etc. (Sl.no.12)
