Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m ]ead. The earth in form of cutting (b) to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (SOR 23-24)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder(VG-30) @4.5% by weight of total mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density as per MORTH specification clause No. 505 (MORT&H 2024 Rates taken from SOR2023-24)

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder (VG-30) @5.4% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with paver finisher with sensor control to required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. as per MORT & H specification clause no. 507. Retro-ReflEptlvesheeting typ6-Xlwith 4 mm thick ACM Single SidE Providing & fixing of reflective signs wilh a corrosion resistant 4 mm thick with 0.4 to 0.5 mm both side aluminium skin aluminium composite panelface to be fully covered with High lntensity prismatic sheeting type lV as per IRC-67:2012 retro reflective sheeting with back frame lVlS angle of 35x35x5 mm. Legends , letters , numerals and borders etc should be as per IvloRIH specificalion No- 801.3.7 The sheeting shall have a pressure - sensilive adhesive of the aggressive - lack type requiring no heat solvent other preparation for adhesion to a smoolh clean surface, in a manner recommended by the sheeting manufacturer. The ACM (Aluminium Composite Materials) shall be fixed on the Back frame MS Angle with riveting. lvlicro prismatic type lV Relro retleclive sheeling conlirming to ASTM D4956-09 shall be Pressure fixed. Rellective Raised Pavement Markers (Cat Eye/ Road stud) Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with l\'4ade of Plastic body of RPM/ Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrile) or HIPS (High-lmoact Polystyrene) orAcryloniitrite Butadien Styrene (ABS) or Any other suilable material approved by the Engineer. The Marker shall support a load of 13,635 kg testod in accordance with ASTM D42B0.The Refleclive panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal refection ol the light entring the lens face. Lenses shall be mouled of methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTI\'4 D788 of equivalent. The slop or ret.o-reflecting surface shall preferably be 35+1-5 degree to base and the area oI each retro -reflecling surface shall not be less than 13.00 sq.cm. the marker height shall not be less lhan 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm & Width shall not exceed 130 mm. SUB HEAD - WATER PROOFING WORK: Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep.
