Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade: Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 liters/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface.

Applying priming coat With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work

Renewing glass panes and re-fixing existing wooden fillets: Float glass panes of thickness 5.0 mm (weight not less than 12.5 kg/sqm)
