Construction of Boundary Wall at P.S Malori (Under PAB 2025-26 SAMAGRA SHIKSHA DISTRICT JAMMU).

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: All kinds of soil :

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works upto plinth level in (1:3:6) grade with 20mm nominal size of crushed stone aggre-gates.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non-modualar) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1 :6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) & Extra for brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level. (By manual means)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

Foundations, footings, bases for columns

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

15 mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 ( 1 cement:6 fine sand )

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Providing & laying damp-proof Course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg 12.5 mm nominal size) and curing complete

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Engagement of painter for writing name of school and making logo etc

Carriage of material by M.T including loading unloading and stacking at site complete

Sand for an av. Lead 10.00 Km.

Stone agg. Below 40mm for an av. Lead 10.00 Km.

Bricks for an av. Lead 20.00 Km.
