Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position including any type of roof treatment, sunken portion, PCC padding, lime concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: All demolished material / debries will be taken by the contractor out side the Airforce station Nal without any extra cost to the govt.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound even and smooth using extra cement as per manufacturer instructions as in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 40mm bore 600mm long GI spout pipe to drain out the surplus water from the sunken portion including cutting hole and making good the disturbed surface in PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 10mm thick screed bed/bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on concrete surfaces of roof and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for water proofing treatment with APP based modified, 5 layered prefabricated water proofing polymeric membrane over roof, consisting of cleaning of concrete or plastered surface of roof and applying evenly a bitumen primer confirming to IS 3488 @0.3 kg per sqm followed by a tack coat @1.20 kq per sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen over it laid with APP modified polymetric water proofing membrane minimum weighing 3kg per sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric (wt. not less than 170 gms/sqm) unrolled and bonded to substrate with longitudinal and end laps 100mm as per manufacturer's instruction, and including taking the APP membrane will be required where the parapet wall exceed 45cm for carrying over and taking into parapet walls, cut out neatly a horizontal groove 6.5 cm deep, 7.5 cm wide section with lower edge at not less than 15 cm above the graded roof surface and groove shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:4 with WPC @3% by weight of cement where the parapet wall height is 45cm or less no grove will be required as the water proofing treatment will be carried over the top of parapet wall to its full thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (Soil) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for river washed and screened dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying in trenches and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.
