Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tile to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for joint free Non-Skid coloured ceramic coloured tiles, first quality, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for (350mm x 250mm x 7mm/450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick) coloured glazed ceramic tiles, first quality, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigments.(Note: Any disturbed surfaces shall be matched w/o any extra cost to the govt) including 10mm thck screed bed below tile for dado/skirting CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600 mm, complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles/concrete block walling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonary of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water remove dust, debries/rubbish etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonary work, finishing the surfaces with even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick walls or on concrete surfaces, finished even and fair without using extra cement in complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces including curing before and after applying each coat over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distempering with oil bound distemper white or any tinted on walls, filling gaps by putty after washing rubbing down and stopping of distermpered surfaces, over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc) and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match including use of necessary formwork all as specified and directed. Note : S&F reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

TMT mild steel bars, 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for 300 mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new galvanised corrugated sheets incl preparation of new zinc or galvanised surface to receive paint over a coat of red oxide primer after applying a treatment with mordant solution to remove the galvanisation of CGI sheet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel work, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe.410-W. Gde-E-250 quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. S&F rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.
