SOUND PANELS FOR ACHIEVING 80 DB OUTSIDE THE TEST ROOM (a) M & L for providing and fixing in position acoustical insulation fixed tightly with studs clips at regular intervals @ 600 c/c on walls/ ceilings/columns/beams etc consisting of 100mm thick fire resistant sound absorptive material ( Resin bonded rock slab of density above 90 Kg/Cum lining in 600 x 600mm panels covered with protective layer of tissue fixed to 22 gauge thick GI frame work ( channel )sections of size 25mm x 50m x 50mm x 25mm @ 600mm c/c verticals members and 1200 c/c horizontal members ) fixed to walls /ceiling/column/beams etc by means of raw plugs/fasteners etc , including all incidental works, tools, tackles etc including dismantling old complete all complete all as specified and directed. (b) providing and fixing of 0.6mm thick powder coated perforated metal liner panel 600mm wide and 25mm depth over acoustic insulation pads, panels, to be erected on clip profile with ribs of panels running vertically, sub grits to be installed horizontally at 1200mm maximum, vertical spacing attached to ribs of interior wall panel with fasteners, including all incidental work, tools, tackles etc the complete assembly to installed at high height in exiting Room complete all as specified and directed. M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete and including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but exluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete and including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement and including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer, over a thin layer of wall care putty white or tinted upto 12 Mtr height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roof and removal of unserviceable brick tiles / brick bats of rubbish outside defence land upto a distance exc 1.5Km but n.exc 3Km, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing bitumen felt including cement mortar bedding padding and cleaning the surface and removal of all rubbish outside defence land upto a distance exc 1.5Km but n.exc 3Km, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone agg ) as in padding on roof laid in 50mm thick average required thickness to maintain desired slope, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in roof kerb, mud stops, benching , including use and waste necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) using WPC @ 0.200ML per 50Kg bag of cement on surfaces of roof and parapet, finished even & fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.3Kg /sqm conforming to IS : 3384 and laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyster matt having softening point not less than 150 degree centigrade, having tensile strength 650 N/Sqcm in longitudinal & 400 N/Sqcm in transverse direction by torch method with min 100 mm side lap and 150 mm end lap followed by application of a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg per sqm and blinded with clean dry sand @ 0.5Kg/sqm over the APP membrane on roof, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the Authorised applicator of the Manufacturers.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of solar reflective bituminious aluminium paint over APP membrane @ 0.20Kg/Sqm for two coats, complete all specified and directed.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to mirror finish laid over 20 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes including dismantling and removing the debris outside the defence land exc 1.5Km but n.exc 3Km complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.17 But in patches in random location/scattered places complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab in riser of steps, skirting, dado 18-20 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to mirror finish laid over 10mm mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling and removing the debris outside the defence land exc 1.5Km but n.exc 3Km complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Grinding & polishing of old kota stone/ marble/ baroda green floor/skirting with machine to mirror finish in and including making good of wall finishes as per original specifications complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old wooden surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint upto 12m height including provision of scafolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of walls by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, trading oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on wall any colour as approved by GE including a thin layer of putty over a coat of primer (where as required), upto 12 Mtr height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing/new surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, white or tinted including a thin layer of putty over a coat of primer upto 12 Mtr height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered /concrete surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, white or tinted upto 30 Mtr height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered /concrete surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, white or tinted including a thin layer of putty over a coat of primer(where as required) upto 30Mtr height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion weather proof treatment upto 12 Mtr height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : The tint and shade be as approved by the GE.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from external surface of wall by wire brushes and stopping of surfaces and levelling/edging the disturbed places using putty to obtain smooth finish using sand paper and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer upto 30 Mtr height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : The tint and shade be as approved by the GE.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/unplastered/concrete surfaces of kerbs stone & stopping of surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (in camouflage pattern) upto 12 Mtr height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Pattern of camouflage shall be approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of existing treatment from plain/corrugated/semi corrugated steel surfaces over 10cm width/girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (in camouflage pattern using number colours) upto 12 Mtr height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Pattern of camouflage shall be approved by GE.

M & L for providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc , including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature ( where required ) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc, of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangment including dismantling old, complete all as per manufactures's intructions and as directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre painted Coloured Galvalume roofing system sheet 0.50 mm thick, corrugated sheet having Zinc aluminum alloy coating AZ150 shall be as per IS:277/ASTM 1379 150 gsm/ sqm double ribbed trapezoidal profile steel sheet any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing, 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 120 GSM , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plain, galvanised mild steel sheeting 1.0mm thick in ridges, hips, valleys gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roofs and walls, velleys gutter jointed with welding and filling siliconized Acrylic sealent etc. upto height 25m complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for welded steel wire fabric exc 4kg /sqm fixed in concrete/ steel surface including dismantling old complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Weight per Sqm shall be obtained from BOO

M & L for plates ( plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched ( ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes , without any attachment fe - 410-w (Gde- 250) including dismantling old complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair for existing rough cast wired glass 6.4mm thick wide with siliconzed Acrylic sealent around steel/ wooden frame to cover all side gaps of glass panes with suitable layer ( Approxmate 20mm wide in both side) by silicon gun as per instructions by manufacture to stop the water leakage from that portion including removing the existing treatment around the glass panes upto height 15 Mtr etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for false flooring size 600X600X35mm HPL (high pressure liminate) point load 360kg per square inch uniformaly distrubed load 1350 Kg per Sqm FFH 500mm complete all as specified and directed. Make :- TANKARIA / CAMFLOOR / FLEXI ACCESS Floor

M&L for Plain cement concrete Type - D2 (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rubber moulded coloured (Red, Yellow ) precast concrete interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, shade as approved by GE, 60mm thick conforming to IS 15658-2006 M-35 grade and interstices filled with sand including 40mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Precast cement concrete block Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) factory made as in Bed blocks,kerb stone etc with plain fair faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc.and setting in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of existing kerb stones and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of New untreated concrete/ plastered surfaces of kerb stone and applying Two coat of synthetic enamel paint, white or coloured/tinted over one coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete brick work, masonry etc an making good disturbed ground for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, vertical post,Hollow pipe Square/Ractangular, crane gantires, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats including post etc conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 2mm thick mild stee M S plain black sheet in wall cladding, steel gate and similar work, cut to size holes punched including rounded headed screws clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending and turning up, mitred angles etc as required including dismantling old complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of R C C Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed..

S&F for mild steel TMT bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for reinforcement cement concrete (nomial mix) Type B0 1:1.5:3 (12.5mm graded aggregate) for self and other similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings self and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), work in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel or iron ,old plastered/ unplastered concrete surfaces over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint ( Fire Proof Paint any height , including provision of scafloding complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 5mm thick plain glass n.exc 0.5 sqm in each pane fixed to aluminium door/ windows and iron frame including Aluminium powder coated snap beading and rubber gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 3mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with silicon sealant in square n exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane complete fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.
