Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm, 4 core, aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with lugs/thimbles of suitable size etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Returning filling, earth work, sand cushioning and brick cover for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per Srl item No. 1 here-in-before but of size 25 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed .

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, poles etc. and getting out including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Srl item No. 5 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3.0 m

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supply and laying, burnt bricks, sub class 'B', old size for cable protection, laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour, for cutting existing road for taking out/laying of underground cable through GI pipe of dia 40mm to 100mm including necessary earth work and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying / fixing GI pipe, light grade, 40mm bore, for cable protection, fixed to pole/wall with MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc or laid under floor/road/pavement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, fixing and testing LED street light fitting of 45 Watt fitted on 4 to 9 meter high octagonal pole / wall /Swan neck pole including LED lamps complete with body robust, corrosion resistant, superior finish and without any cracks or through holes, made in a single piece by high pressure die cast aluminium alloy. The luminaries shall be monolithic construction, totally enclosed, dust and water proof with minimum IP-65/66 protection as per IS-10322-1982 (Part-I) with latest amendments and input voltage range 140-300V, AC, frequency 50-60 Hz, PF should be more than 0.9 with total harmonic distoration. THD (I) less than 15%, cool white colour and lamp starting time should not be more than 10 second, Fittings should be provided with 10 KV surge protection. Driver should be constant current constant voltage driver. Driver should have high voltage withstanding capacity upto 300V, AC. Driver should also have double phase protection, no load, open circuit and short circuit protection. LED light fittings should be suitable for ambient temperature from - 10 degree centrigrade to 50 degree centigrade and humidity level 10% to 90% RH. Covers should be polycarbonate/ toughened glass to ensure minimum IP 65 degree protection. Cover should not degrade due to heating and ageing. The efficient of LED luminaries system shall be more than 85 lumens per watt and must be certified by LM-79 test report and connecting with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed . Cat Part No ENDURAPEARLNEOSL45WLED757PASYTOPC(HSN CODE 9405) of Havells or equivalent make as mentioned in List of makes given in PS Note :- (a) Bidder shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from accredited test laboratory for LM-79 (b)Bidder has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following cases : - (i) Manufacturing defects (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact, (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1m) of the LED/ luminairies. (c) All LED light luminaire must meet the provision laid down in IS-16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part-II/ Section 13 (d) Scope of work shall include supply and fixing street light fittings on poles which includes required T & P and accessories etc if any, making connection, testing etc complete. No extra payment is admissible on these account.

Taking down street/flood light fitting from 9 & 11 meter pole/ swan neck pole/highmast complete all as specified and directed .

Refixing the serviceable light fitting (as retrieved from Ser item No 16 here-in-before) in new position on 9 & 11 meter pole/ swan neck pole/highmast including making necessary connection with PVC copper wire of suitable size and length required at site and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement street light bracket fabricated from GI Tubing, light grade, 40mm bore, bend to the shape as directed and of length 1.5 mtr complete with mounting MS clamp of flat iron 45 x 5 mm of suitable length 04 pairs including nut bolts etc of suitable size and painting to MS clamps with two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide metal primer complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement PVC insulated, multistranded aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed cable, 4 sqmm 2 core and making connection of street light fittings with overhead lines/ UG cable complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & fixing in replacement thermoplastic cable junction boxes ,IP65 with metric knockout for cable entry of size 250x200x100 mm, fixed on pole/wall with MS clamps/MS flat iron (as per site requirement) of size 25x4 mm, nuts, bolts,washers and glands, including 4 nos aluminium bus bar strip of size 15cmx3mm and one No MCB SP 6 Amp complete all as specified and directed. S&F in replacement MCB, TPN, 63 amps, 415V, C curve complete all as specified and directed

S&F pre-stressed cement concrete pole, 9 metre long of cross section 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10, complying with requirements of IS-1678-1998, errecting truly in vertical position including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer in alternate strip of 30cm each in black and white colour upto 1.5 metre height from top of PCC pedestal/coping of poles and numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint black in 80mm high letters over 150mm x 230mm yellow base made from synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Stay assembly comprising of 7/8 SWG galvanised stay strand complete with GI stay rod 16mm dia ,mild steel stay plate, stay bow,connecting bracket of suitable mild steel flat , nuts, bolts, washers,loop type insulators etc complete all as specified in electrical plate No I of SSR-2009 (Part- I) complete all as specified and directed.. M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping of poles etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, necessary form work and fair finishing all exposed faces of concrete without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

S&F PVC insulated multi stranded aluminium conductor PVC cable sheathed 2.5 sqmm single core and making connection of street light fittings with overhead lines/ UG cable complete all as specified and directed

S&F Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR), stretched on HT/LT poles without any kink and bends, of various sizes complete including fixing to insulator with aluminium binding wire and coloured sleeved jumper connection with PG clamps including cutting of tree branches falling on the site of work complete all as specified and directed .
