Hiring with Operation, Repair & Maintenance of 10 nos. of Silent DG sets of capacity - 05 nos. of 10 KVA (1-Phase) and 05 nos. of 20 KVA (1-Phase), for Weighbridge and Boom Barriers to feed power supply during Monsoon & power cut due to abnormal conditions/faults for 180 days at various locations of Sohagpur Area, SECL. Diesel for running of the DG sets shall be provided by the contractor. The cost of diesel shall be reimbursed to the contractor at current market rates subject to submission of documentary evidence and hourly consumption pattern as below - a) For 10 KVA DG Set - 2.65 Litre/hour b) For 20 KVA DG Set - 4.2 Litre/hour All silent DG sets must have following features – a.Housed in an acoustic enclosure with in-built silencer. b.Electronic controller for starting and stopping of the DG set. c.Auto start-stop facility to minimize the down time during power failure conditions. d.Display parameters like Phase voltage, current, frequency, KW etc on electronic display. e.Integrating type hour-meter on electronic display to show total running hours. f.In-built control panel for automatically shut down of the engine in case of abnormal conditions like high temperature, low lube oil pressure etc.
