M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of cement base paint (approved quality & tint) on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint (approved quality & tint) over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Cutting and cleaning away all grass vegetation, sapling, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots and trees n. exc 30 cm girth from roof terrace, walls parapet etc & pouring acid over affected areas and making good the disturbed portion in CM 1:3 incl removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m out side the periphery of area under clearence complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finished even and smooth at top using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection, including demolition of cement concrete n.exc 15CM thickness (below or above ground level) all as directed at site.

M&L for surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil and removal of rubbish outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulders n exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for colored machine pressed coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy finish any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment incld demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors as cushion bed for interlocking paver blocks all as spd & directed.

M&L 75 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D- 2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L colored Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x20cm x 25mm thick,glossy finish set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with pigment grey cement and including 20 mm thick 1:6 screed bed incld demolition complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ridge to wall, fixed with self tapping screws incld dismantlimg complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6mm thick Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings/ridges fixed with screws/nuts incld dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 15mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 and demolition existing broken kota stone flooring complete all as specified and directed.. Note: Only Badarpur sand will be used in construction.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick black/maroon Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms, wash hand basing plaform and like with or without cement mortar (1:4) ncluding pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including cutting holes for gas pipe, WHB and WHB mixer etc and including rounding exposed edges of granite inclg 10mm thick CM 1:4 screed bed complete all as specified and directed.
