| 1.00 | Providing Water proofing treatment to the Roof Terrace Over Reinforced Concrete precast slab roofing area using WP SHIELD P4180 4mm thick bitumen based sheet and WP SHIELD SLATED 4mm thick of CERA or equivalent as per specifications at an elevation upto (+)27.50M above the ground level and all locations, as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
a) The existing tarfelt waterproofing membranes shall be removed completely without damaging existing structure by cutting and peeling off from the surface and disposing the same from terrace to ground floor for a lead of 100 metre as directed by EIC.(Removing of existing tarfelt will be paid separately.)
b) The surface shall be cleaned thoroughly with wire brush and light chisels for making the surface free from existing bitumen primer, dust, other laitance, etc.
c) Wherever required Grooves shall be cut along the slab joints (in either direction) and at the visible surface cracks with a cutting machine and after applying a lavish coat of polymer based bonding agent SBR LATEX from CERA or equivalent the same shall be filled with cementitious non• shrink grout polysulphaid Sealant CERAGROUT 40 from CERA or equivalent by injecting method with mechanical injecting machine, 300mm apart and drill 15mm deep with 10mm dia. drill holes nipples wherever leakage area has been identified.
d) The area shall be tested for any leakages by ponding water in panels. The area should be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge for free from any leakage before applying the bituminous primer and APP Membrane.
e) When the entire surface is water-tight, dry and moisture free, one coat of bituminous primer shall be applied over surface @ 0.3 kg/sqm and 1st layer of 5 - layered, 4mm thick, polymer reinforced APP membrane WP SHIELD P4180 from CERA or equivalent shall be laid with 200mm overlapping by torch - on application when the primed surface is tacky and as per the manufacturer's recommendation. f)The second layer of 5 - layered, 4mm thick, polymer reinforced APP membrane WP SHIELD - SLATED from CERA or equivalent shall be laid with 200mm overlapping by torch - on application when the primed surface is tacky and as per the manufacturer's recommendation shall be laid in perpendicular direction to the first layer.

Conveying the surplus excavated earth & debris, boulders and spoil by mechanical means depositing at places inside DAE installation identified as Dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Lead charges for lead Exceeding 3Kilometer but not exceeding 4 kilometer. Note: 1)The rates in respect of this item are applicable for the net quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @20% in respect of soil and @50% in respect of rock from the corresponding Stack/ Truck measurements. 2) The earth / debris shall be dumped well inside the dumping yard and not over approach pathway.
Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side up to seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S tube 1.5m centre to center horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S tubes, M.S tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer–in–charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
Providing and constructing brick masonry using well burnt stock bricks in CM 1:6 at all lifts, including scaffolding, curing, raking out joints complete as per specification and drawings from below ground level to roof level. Upto (+)27.50M height.
Dismantling of RCC work at all levels by manually / mechanical means, including cutting and stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials as per specifications and directed by EIC.
