Providing Water proofing treatment to the Roof Terrace Over Reinforced Concrete precast slab roofing area using WP SHIELD P4180 4mm thick bitumen based sheet and WP SHIELD SLATED 4mm thick of CERA or equivalent as per specifications at an elevation upto (+)27.50M above the ground level and all locations, as directed by the Engineer in Charge. a) The existing tarfelt waterproofing membranes shall be removed completely without damaging existing structure by cutting and peeling off from the surface and disposing the same from terrace to ground floor for a lead of 100 metre as directed by EIC.(Removing of existing tarfelt will be paid separately.) b) The surface shall be cleaned thoroughly with wire brush and light chisels for making the surface free from existing bitumen primer, dust, other laitance, etc. c) Wherever required Grooves shall be cut along the slab joints (in either direction) and at the visible surface cracks with a cutting machine and after applying a lavish coat of polymer based bonding agent SBR LATEX from CERA or equivalent the same shall be filled with cementitious non• shrink grout polysulphaid Sealant CERAGROUT 40 from CERA or equivalent by injecting method with mechanical injecting machine, 300mm apart and drill 15mm deep with 10mm dia. drill holes nipples wherever leakage area has been identified. d) The area shall be tested for any leakages by ponding water in panels. The area should be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge for free from any leakage before applying the bituminous primer and APP Membrane. e) When the entire surface is water-tight, dry and moisture free, one coat of bituminous primer shall be applied over surface @ 0.3 kg/sqm and 1st layer of 5 - layered, 4mm thick, polymer reinforced APP membrane WP SHIELD P4180 from CERA or equivalent shall be laid with 200mm overlapping by torch - on application when the primed surface is tacky and as per the manufacturer's recommendation. f)The second layer of 5 - layered, 4mm thick, polymer reinforced APP membrane WP SHIELD - SLATED from CERA or equivalent shall be laid with 200mm overlapping by torch - on application when the primed surface is tacky and as per the manufacturer's recommendation shall be laid in perpendicular direction to the first layer. Note: i) The treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of water proofing treatment. Suggested vendors : (1) M/s. Cera-Chem Pvt. Ltd., Chemicals (2) M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. Chemicals ii) Ten years guarantee shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed form of the department for the above water proofing treatment work

Providing and laying APP membrane water proofing treatment with CERA WP SHIELD P4180 or other approved equivalent of 4mm thick with sufficient overlaps of 200mm by torch on application including application of bituminous primer over the prepared surface including preparation of surface at an elevation upto (+)27.50M above the ground level and all locations, as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing the coating on the floor area by screeding with 1:2:4 screed concrete with 10mm down aggregate admixed with crystalline based integral water proofing admixture CERA CRYSTALLINE INTEGRAL / Conplast / SIKA WT - 215P or equivalent @0.8% by weight of cement to an average thickness of 50mm depending on the downtake pipes available including applying one coat bonding polymer modified mortar 1:2 (1 cement 2 sand ) admixed with CERA LATEX SBR /FOSROC NITO BOND SBR / SIKA additive or equivalent @ 3kg per bag of cement over the prepared surface at an elevation upto (+)27.50M above the ground level and all locations, as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing plastering in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand admixed with CERA LATEX SBR /FOSROC NITO BOND SBR / SIKA additive or equivalent @ 3kg per bag of cement , 20mm thick at an elevation upto (+)27.50M above the ground level including all elevations including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, all as per specifications.

Providing and laying Haunching the wall and slab joint around the wall using CM 1 : 2 : 4 (Cement: Sand: Chips 10mm and downgraded) for a size of 100mm x 100mm admixed with CERA LATEX SBR of CERA or equivalent @ 1 Kg per bag of cement including preparing the surface thoroughly by chipping all loose material / mortar, cleaned with wire brush and coir brush in order to remove all loose & deleterious matter, dust etc. and cutting "V" grooves along the construction joints / Expansion joints on wall - slab joints and applying Polymer bonding agent CERA LATEX SBR of CERA or equivalent @ 1 Kg per bag of cement shall be mixed with neat cement slurry and applied as bonding coat at an elevation upto (+)27.50M above the ground level and all locations, as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and providing the CERA MEC STRIP SEAL upto 250mm width Expansion joint strip treatment for roof slab (Horizontal face)/ vertical wall face including chipping & surface preparation, applying CERA MEC SS ADHESIVE over the roof slab expansion joint to a minimum 50mm and aligning to the required line overlapping of minimum 100mm of strip with suitable rubber adhesive, carefully removing of air pockets & wrinkles as per specification including providing with approved quality of polyethelene or high quality foam backer rods, including treatment admixed with CERA LATEX SBR @1kg per 50 kg (1 bag) of cement at all joints, at an elevation upto (+)27.50M , all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: The area shall be tested for any leakages by ponding water in panels. In case of any leaks found grouting shall be done with contractors cost.

Providing and fixing 300 mm wide 3mm thick anodized aluminium sheet to the shape covering over expansion joints with iron screws as per design to match the colour/shade of wall treatment including all materials, labour, scaffolding complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling weather proofing old bitumen felt or APP membrane sheets at all levels and cleaning the surface including disposal of rubbish to the dumping yard near the building at ground level as directed by EIC.

Dismantling old weather proofing materials such as brick bat coba / foam concrete/ screed concrete at all levels and cleaning the surface including disposal of rubbish to the dumping yard near the building at ground level as directed by EIC

Dismantling tile work (thickness of the tile upto 25mm)in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar at all levels and cleaning the surface including disposal of rubbish to the dumping yard near the building at ground level as directed by EIC.

Conveying the surplus excavated earth & debris, boulders and spoil by mechanical means depositing at places inside DAE installation identified as Dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Lead charges for lead Exceeding 3Kilometer but not exceeding 4 kilometer. Note: 1)The rates in respect of this item are applicable for the net quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @20% in respect of soil and @50% in respect of rock from the corresponding Stack/ Truck measurements. 2) The earth / debris shall be dumped well inside the dumping yard and not over approach pathway.

Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side up to seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S tube 1.5m centre to center horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S tubes, M.S tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer–in–charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing and constructing brick masonry using well burnt stock bricks in CM 1:6 at all lifts, including scaffolding, curing, raking out joints complete as per specification and drawings from below ground level to roof level. Upto (+)27.50M height.

Dismantling of RCC work at all levels by manually / mechanical means, including cutting and stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials as per specifications and directed by EIC.
