Clearing light Jungle on road side including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness..etc., all complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officials

Earthwork excavation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, Stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and to the required depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water wherever necessary, depositing the surplus earth in places shown clearing and levelling the site with an initial lead of 10 meter and lifts as specified hereunder etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers (excluding refilling)

Forming embankment using excavated earth available at site with 1 km lead which has to compacted properly and form a stable embankment including cost , loading and unloading and labour for proper setting out, stripping and storing the top soil, if necessary compacting the original ground by vibratory roller to have a relative compaction of required proctor density, spreading the materials uniformly over the entire width of embankment in layers of not exceeding 250 mm compacted thickness, breaking clods, watering with all leads for water, compacting to 95% proctor density for the soil below the top of 0.5 meter height of subgrade under optimum moisture content with moisture content adjusted in the range of one per cent (1 %) above and two percent (2%) below the optimum moisture content determined as per IS. 2720 (Part VII) with power roller rolling and other construction equipments approved by engineer-in-charge and finishing the embankment at 95% proctor density including compaction to specified requirement, working in narrow width of embankment including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc. Complete as per MORTH standard specification . Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2m in Soft disintegrated rock, laterite, soft rock or kankar, not requiring blasting etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers

Refilling with excavated soil (other than sand) in layers of 150 mm thickness well watered ramming, consolidation etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with gravel in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness well watered rammed and consolidated including cost of gravel complying etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers

Construction of Granular Sub - Base (GSB) to the required compacted thickness (Drainage layer) by providing approved Coarse graded material conforming to Grading-V of Table 400 - 1 and satisfying the physical requirement for material for GSB as per Table 400 - 2 of MORTH Rev -5 including screening, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, watering and premixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vibratory roller 80 to 100 KN static weight to achieve the desired density and fine dressing to required grade and cross slope as directed by the SIPCOT officers etc., complete including obtaining and transporting all materials from approved quarry site to work site with all lift and lead by mechanical transport, head load or any other mode of transporation including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges,hire charges and fuel charges for loader, water tanker with sprinkler,motor grader, vibratory road rollers and all other equipments, tools and plants, safety measures, testing required including all other incidental charges, etc., complete as per the standard specification as per clause 401 of MORTH Rev.-5 and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates for Wet Mix Macadam250mm thick, including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant,conveyance of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers using pavers in SubBase/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT&H specification no.803

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of 'category A' Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / methyl methercrylate/ ABS moulded body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to AST D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH (circular No RW / NH. 33023/10/ 97-DO.II dt 11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15 mm, 90 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sq.cm on each side and the slope to the base shali be 35 + /- 5 degree. Each reflector shall have la CIL not less than values specified in Table 2 of said MORTH circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as perimanufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the SIPCOT Officer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with AST D4280 and confirming to IRC 35 - 2015 guidelines and MORT&H specification 804 etc., complete

Providing and laying plain cement concrete pavement with CC1:2:4 (one of cement : two of M Sand: four of hard broken stone jelly 20 mm nominal size) including laying, curing, finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing and laying 63 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc., complete complying with the standard specificaiton and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and laying of 110 mm dia PVC 6kg/cm2pipe for rain water collection from catch basin to Storm water drain conforming to IS13592 with ISI mark and fittings conforming to IS 14735, with necessary solvent cement of approved quality for jointing,laying etc., complete complying with the standard specificaiton and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kglms and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (0.5 cu.m.) 773 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (0.33 cu.m.) 515.6 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (0.479 cu.m') 767 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards and as directed by SIPCOT officers. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting up to 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with the standard specificaiton and as directed by SIPCOT officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Supply & fixing of Coil earth to street light poles with No.8 SWG GI wire of 11.5 metres of length in which 10 metres of total length compressed in to a coil of one meter length (75mm to 100mm dia) connected suitable with hexagonal earth bolt of size 8mm in to 25mm welded on the pole at one end with a coil position fixed on the earth etc., complete and as directed by SIPCOT officials.

Supply, installation, testing & Commisssioning of Earthing as per PWD standard with an electrode of 2.10 metre class 'B' GI pipe of die not less than 40mm with copper earth plate of size 125mmx50mmx6mm with necessary funnelling arrangements and masonry works and 38mm RCC Cover slab for brick masonry etc., complete and as directed by SIPCOT officials.

Supply and run of 25mm x 6mm Flat Down Conductor with necessary clamps / supports on wall / floor / ground for earth connection etc., complete and as directed by SIPCOT officials.

Supply and installation of PVC Rigid Pipe 50mm (2") including laying charges in street light pole foundation for power cable entry. Complete, as per standard specification etc., complete and as directed by SIPCOT officials.

Supply ,Excavation and laying of HDPE Pipe 120mm / 103.50mm for electrical cable laying road crossing etc., complete and as directed by SIPCOT officials.

Supply & installation of Cable route markers made of galvanised CI circular 100 mm. dia. with "LT/HT CABLE" markers on same by 30 mm. size letter. The cable marked shall be firmly installed with 450 mm anchoring below ground level etc., complete and as directed by SIPCOT officials.

Streetlight pole foundation cost 8m,10m Pole

Earthwork excavation in all stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, Stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and to the required depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water wherever necessary, depositing the surplus earth in places shown clearing and levelling the site with an initial lead of 10 meter and lifts as specified hereunder etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers. (including refilling) 0 to 2 m depth

Providing Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8(One cement, four sand and eight Jelly) using 40mm size Hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation concrete etc. laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick including dewatering wherever necessary well rammed, consolidated etc. complete complying including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour to work site, mixing, laying, compacting ,curing with all leads of soft potable water with standard specifications and as directed by "SIPCOT" officers. (in all heights and all depths)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting up to 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with the standard specificaiton and as directed by SIPCOT officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

a) R.C.C. works in vertical Surface below plinth

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kglms and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (0.5 cu.m.) 773 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (0.33 cu.m.) 515.6 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (0.479 cu.m') 767 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards and as directed by SIPCOT officers. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position steel reinforcement grills using M.S. I R.T.S. rods of all sizes of reinforcement for all Reinforced cement: concrete works (for pedestal pillar concrete) including cost and conveyance of steel, binding wire, spacer bars, cover blocks, labour charges for unbending of rods, straightening, cutting, fabricating, tying, lifting, placing in position, overlapping to the required length wherever necessary cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by "SIPCOT" officers. (The steel rods must be Fe 500 grade of any brand with ISI marking and necessary test certificate to be produced before using it at site)
