Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint, Enamel paints of door shutters and window shutters and like by scrapping, sand papering & preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches ,apply of cracke seal wherever is required and necessary to arrangements of Julas, wire brushes, sand papers, brushes etc. complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with 1.5 @ 10sqm (make of Asian-Tractor) New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat 0.70 @ 10 sqm with cement primer

Painting with superior quality synthetic enamel paint Two or more coats on new work of approved brand 1.16@ 10 sqm and manufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats with applying of wood/steel primer of approved brand :(Asian - Apcolite)

Repair to plaster thickness of 20 to 40mm cement plaster in two coats under layer cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 3 to 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished smooth with sponge to complete the job as per instructions of Engineer-In_charge

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture to complete the job as per Instructions of Engineer- In-Charge
