OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES FOR OPERATION OF 33/11 KV MRS (TOP-III) DHAR ROAD MHOW UNDER GE (AWC) MHOW

Operation of 33/11 KV MAP (MRS) at ACE Mhow in 3 shifts (each of 08 hrs) (1st shift 0600 to 1400 hrs, 2nd shift 1400 to 2200 hrs and 3rd shift 2200 to 0600 hrs) per day by deputing one Electrician (at MRS) including maintenance and cleaning MRS area including replaced of DO fuse 33/11 KV as required, damage and reporting immediately breakdown of Electricity to the Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes :- For item No 1.00 and 2.00. (a) The Contractor shall pay to his Electrician and helper in their bank account and statement of bank account shall be submitted to GE for his verification while claiming interim payment. (b) The rates quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of minimum wages, all taxes (including GST, GST on work contracts, labour welfare cess/tax etc), EPF for personals, employed and also any other levies payable under the respective statues. The contractor shall be required to submit the documentary proof of Employees Provident Fund (EPF) details for the personals employed. (c) The contractor will hand over installation to the department in good working condition on expiry of contract period. (d) The 24 hours operation time 1st shift 0600 to 1400 hrs, 2nd shift 1400 to 2200 hrs and 3rd shift 2200 to 0600 hrs. Three shifts considered as one day. (e) The operator shall be ITI holder (full time) with minimum two years experience in the trade. (f) The contractor have to provide proper dress and shoes and hand gloese (33 KV and 11 KV) to the operator without any extra cost in the department. (g) Operator in each shift will look after all machinery and operating VCB, GOD, as required/ complete directed. (h) Any case of electrical breakdown the same operator operate the DG Set. (j) The operator shall also be responsible of cleaning of VCB, TR, including surrounding area. (k) The contractor shall provide reliever of shift attendant/ operator as per labour rules and regulations. (l) The contractor shall provide 33/11 KV elect MAP MRS log books as per sample directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:- If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of the work i.e, 13.694 lakhs, then the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB in favour of Accepting officer within 10 days of opening of financial bid for the difference in estimated cost i.e 13.694 lakhs & quoted amount. In case the said FDR/BGB is not submitted within stipulated period as mentioned above, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months and his bid will be rejected. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work.
