Disconnecting and dismantling including taking down carefully radiator assembly from 140 KVA DG Set for cleaning soldering including servicing dully disconnecting all water hose and other mechanical supports, transporting the radiator assembly to work shop, opening into parts cleaning the radiator fans with cleaning such as cotton waste cotton rags and soda water etc. soldering/brazing the broken/leakage fins and reassembling the same after replacement of defective spares and transporting the same from workshop to site and mounting its to original position including testing etc. complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down carefully defective self starter of 24 volt capacity of 140 KVA DG Sets duly disconnecting all electrical cable connections and mechanical supports, transporting the same to civil authorised work shop and dismantling and opening into parts of self starter for assessing the defects and damaged parts and rectifying the defects by changing the defective spares including testing the same after replacement of defective spares and bring back the self starter from workshop to site and re-install the same to its original position and reconnect all disconnected connections and mechanical supports etc. all as specified and as directed..

Supply & fix in repair, brass battery terminals (Set of two) complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down carefully defective fuel injection pump assembly of 140 KVA diesel generating set(Make Kirloskar Bliss) duly disconnecting all mechanical supports and opening in authorised work shop opening the FIP assembly and cleaning the spares and drying up the same sort out the defective parts and reassembling FIP after replacement of defective spares and taken back the FIP from work shop and reinstalled in existing position duly reconnect all disconnected mechanical supports and fuel lines etc. all as specified and as directed.
