[c] Acoustic Enclosure - Prefabricated factory built, free standing, floor mounting type acoustic enclosure of modular construction suitable for accommodating the 200 KVA Engine Alternator set with integrated fuel tank and should be fabricated with specially formed CRCA sheet metal of thickness not less than 1.60mm for enclosure and 3.0mm for base frame with adequate stiffeners for strength and roof panels designed with slopes to prevent rainwater stagnation and sound proofing with insulation material of PU foam of appropriate thickness and density for sound abruption as per standard design of manufacture to achieve suitable noise attenuation level of less than 75 dBA @ 1 Mtr at 75% load and hinged doors with locking arrangement including emergency stop button at outside. The enclosure shall conform to the latest environment Protection Act 1986 (29 of 1986) of Ministry of Environment and Forest Notification dated 17th May 2002 and 12th July 2004 and as amended up-to-date. (iv) The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of necessary earth connection to existing earth strip and extension of silenser pipe of matching size with necessary insulation and aluminium clading upto 1 mtr out side of power house bldg. (v) The PGI sheet ducting for hot air outlet of DG set will be measured and paid seperately under relevent items of the schedule. (vi) The specifications given above are indicative and the DG set supplied and installed shall be in compliance to the latest update, matching rating / capacity of the DG set and provisions available at the time of execution.
