Excavation, loading and carriage by mechanical means in medium hard rock (can not be scapped or peeled with knife, hanheld specimen can be broken with single moderate blow with pick, crushing strength between 100 to 250 kg/sqcm) requiring control blasting in canal, foundation of structures and other deep cutting sections in dry, wet or submerged conditions by mechanical drilling and appropriate blasting & disposal of excavated materials with 1Km lead, loading into and transportation by transport vehicle and depositing the excavated materials neatly in approved spcified dump yard within1Km lead & dressing to pro section as direction by the Engineer-in-charge and trimming of bed and slope to the design finished section manually, if necessary, including all cost of drilling conveyance and storage of explosive, fuse coil, detonators, all accessories, machine charges etc. complete as per OPWD specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Excavation of foundation in laterite rock or any hard rock (other than granite or disintegrated rock) removed by chiselling including dressing and levelling the bed not exceeding 1.50 mtr. in depth and depositing the soil within initial lead of 50 mtr. etc complete as per OPWD Specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Disposal of surplus/ excavated materials by mechanical means within 5km. Lead away from the site including cost of all labour , T&P complete and as per OPWD Specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Rough stones dry packing in aprons and revetment with hard granite stone 30 cm and above (Reuse from dismantalled item) etc complete as per the OPWD Specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits minimum 8 CBR with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications & direction of Engineer in Charge and Clause -305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision). and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth, ditches with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm. in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per OPWD Specification and directed of the Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4 cm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labours,labour cess, T&P etc complete as per the OPWD Specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash Brick masonry in C.M. (1:6) using of 23cmx11cmx8cm size brick in Foundation & Plinth having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg per Sq.cm including splays, cuttings, circular moldings, watering & curing for 7 days, cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect as per OPWD specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash Brick masonry in C.M. (1:6) using of 23cmx11cmx8cm size brick in Super Structure having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg per Sq.cm including splays, cuttings, circular moldings, watering & curing for 7 days, cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect as per OPWD specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 20 Kg. / Square cm. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 516 using 12 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crushed broken granite stone chips and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned ( 20mm. size chips not to exceeds 25 %) to be mixed in concrete mixture with Portland slag cement (PSC) including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing debris from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T & P required of the work etc. complete in all respect as per OPWD specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.. Providing 16 mm thick C.P. with C.M. (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per OPWD specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Ground Floor)

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / plain or RCC abutment, wing wall and return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of structure with slope of 1V : 20H towards draining face complete as per drawing and technical specification as per clause no.2706 of MoRT&H specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing to exterior wall surface with 2 (two) coats of weather seal coat of approved shade and approved make to give an even shade and priming with approved new primer including cost of all material of all materials and labour with T&P etc. completeas per OPWD specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.
