Providing and laying Tack coat over the Prime WBM/WMM surface using 2.50 Kg of bituminous emulsion) for 10 sqm. Including cost of bituminous emulsion( RS-1) including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.
