Supply, installing testing and commissioning of Three Phase 4 Wire, dual source, Prepaid Energy Meters, BIS 15884 marked in existing meter board / floor panel with pre payment Shock Proof Key Pad of latest technology/Version based digital having current range 10-60A, 415 Volt, accuracy class 1.0 alongwith parallel home display split unit with inbuilt load control switch containing provision for TOD (Time of Day) and RTC (Real Time Clock), inbuilt feature sense the Alternate mode of electric supply through PLSI/LPRF with suitable electronic transfer device for recharging and upgrading the meters manually, meter data analysis related to Audit/Accounting at no extra cost to the department. Dual source registration with respect to grid as well as Alternate mode of electric supply and Dynamic load allocation facility from grid and Alternate mode of electric supply capable to define four tariff slabs, happy hours and holiday definition all as specified and as directed Note :Rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to include cost of connecting to existing system. Supply, Installation and commissioning of vending station including Server and DR Server for 10,000 number of prepaid energy meters upgradable to 15000, suitable for vending system, database defining/mapping of consumers data. NOTE :-Company shall install dedicated server for CE Udhampur Zone to facilitate, functioning of Pre Paid Energy Meters and there shall be no capping for number of recharges of Pre Paid Energy Meters for 10,000 to 15,000 users . It includes AMC services alongwith any other IT Related Services. No yearly Transaction Charges shall be applicable for Minimum 10 Years Time. Same will be acknowledged and submitted to the department in writing on 100 rupees stamp paper in the form of Agreement with the CE-Udhampur Zone NOTE :- (a) Rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to include supply, installation and commissioning of Server and DR Server also, all as specified and directed, further details of which are mentioned in clause no. 09 of Particular Specifications. (b) 50 % of the quoted amount will be paid on completion of work and remaining 50% will be paid in 10 equal installments of 5% each of quoted amount at the end of each year for 10 years towards AMC services.

Manning, operation and maintenance of prepaid energy metering system, vending system including issuing coupons and entire metering systems by employing min 02 no. of trained/skilled personnel (one each in GE(S) Udhampur and GE(N) Udhampur ) in shift from 9AM to 5PM (Except on Sunday and holidays ) after completion of work. The duties shall include, but not limited to:- (a) Managing vending station activities like coupon generation meter recharge etc. (b) Rectifying any problem that may occur in the hardware as well as software system and coordinating for smooth functioning of the same (c) Deploying all measures for corrective actions as and when required. (d) Acting as a link between Respective GE/Resident and the parent company providing the metering system. (e) Providing training to MES personnel as and when required & directed. (f)Generation and Maintenance of E-cash payment details and updating the same to MES designated officer. (g) Providing any other associated technical support. Note: (a) This item shall be operative & commence after declaring all meters commissioned. (b) Only Cashless payment i.e. through debit/credit cards will be acceptable.
