Cutting of Hedge/Edge including removing of cut material, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/edge bed watering, manureing and applying insecticides and fungicides etc.(excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge.

Complete maintenance of trees (Out side garden features), jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge.

Trees for 250 no/(up to 4 & up to 3 year Slow & Fast growing group)

Complete maintenance of shrubs (Out side garden features), jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge.

Provision of malies for shrub plants @ one mali for 1200 plants per month for 12 months.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift upto1.5 m.

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately).

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage with all lead and lift. (cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Digging of holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2: 1 by volume (2 part of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20 %: 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8% flooding with water dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth .if any with all leads and lift (cost of manure. sludge or extra good earth if needed to paid for separately).

Holes 0.9m dia and 0.9 m deep for trees.

Providing and watering of plants through water tanker of Horticulture features i.e. tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc. at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 lit. capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, wartering at site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Supplying and stacking Tree Plants site.

Supply and stacking of Terminalia arjuna plant of height 150-165 cm. in big polybags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and stacking of Plumeria alba plant of height 120-135 cm. with 2-3 branches in bags of size 30 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying and stacking Shrub Plants site.

Supply and stacking of plant Calliandra, emarginata of height 45-60 cm. in earthen pot of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying and stacking Hedge Plants site.

Supply and stacking of plant Putranjiva roxburghii of ht. 45-60 cm in bag of size 15 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Suppling of Neem oil cake at site in packing in old gunny bags/plastic bags.

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified. Chlorpyriphos emulsifiable concentrate of 20%

Supplying of Safeda Balli 125 mm diameter at site (Length of balli as per direction of site incharge)

Supplying of G.I.Barbed wire at site. [barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum)]
