The construction of ETP’s of required capacities at different sites in NDMC area as per direction of Engineer –in –charge with designing/ constructing/ fabricating / installing / commissioning and thereafter operating & maintaining the ETP’s for 5 years period including supply of treated water with minimum specified parameter mentioned in Appendix-5A from Effluent Treatment Plant with the capacity output installed / constructed by using the Dhobi Ghat Effluent provided free of cost for five years of concession period from the location of Dhobi Ghats- (a) Dhobi Ghat No.5, near Pt. Pant Marg- 20 KLD,
