WORK OF REPLACEMENT AND OVERHAULING OF 06 NOS. 145KV ISOLATOR AND 02 NOS. 145KV CIRCUIT BREAKERS OF 132KV NAUTANWA-MAINAHIYA (NEPAL) BAY I AND II AT 132KV S/S NAUTANWA , MAHARAJGANJ UNDER ETD-II, GORAKHPUR

Safe carriage of 03 Nos. 145 KV Line side Isolator and 02 Nos. Bus side Isolators from 132 KV S/s FCI to 132 KV S/s Nautanwa after proper stacking and loading (distance approx. 80 Km and weight approx. 1400 Kg.)

Opening of old and existing jumpers between old main bus-I and Bus-II and line side Isolators and between bus Isolator to Circuit Breaker.

Dismantling of old existing different make Isolator installed in 132 KV switchyard by opening of its all accessories including arms , connecting pipes, male and female jaws of all three phase , P.I. and its mechanism box , safe lowering of all components , safe shifting of all dismantled components of different make Isolators to store as per guidance of supervising engineer including all cost of labour and T&P (All 03 phase of Isolator considered as 01 Job)

Erection of New 132 KV Isolator of 132 KV switchyard of its complete mechanism like P.I. , Isolator arm assembly box and then checked complete alignment of new Isolator (work will be carried out as per drawing . Laying and termination of different size of control cable for NO/NC status from Isolator to control room panel as per direction of supervising engineer (if required).

Jumparing of conductor as per standard specification in between bus to bus isolator and between bus isolators to circuit breaker etc. by proper cutting , bending , tightening of conductor by using necessary connectors to be provided by department.

Overhauling work of 145 KV side LSI , BSI which includes replacement of defective part of Isolator (rotating head , Isolator connector provided etc.) cleaning of their P.I. , Oiling , greasing and finally setting proper alignment for their smooth operation (All materials provided by contractor).

Overhauling work of 33 KV side LSI , BSI which includes replacement of defective part of Isolator (Jaw , Isolator connector provided etc.) cleaning of their P.I. , Oiling , greasing and finally setting proper alignment for their smooth operation (All materials provided by contractor).

Major overhauling of mechanism of 145 KV CB of CGL make installed at 132 KV Bus coupler Bay and 132 KV TBC Bay at 132 KV S/s Nautanwa. Work includes overhauling of control block assembly, Opening latch , closing latch , support latch , anti-pumping assembly. Opening , cleaning and greasing of motor charging system , replacement of worn out part. Checking of shock absorber, closing damper etc. Checking of mechanism assembly for wear and tear , rectification / repairing of worn out parts. Checking of limit switch , power contactors , auxiliary contactors for proper functioning . Checking and retightening of all electrical connections, replacement of defective left and right spring of driving pawls . Measurement of closing and tripping time of circuit breaker. The work also include replacement of old contactor and MCB as per instruction of JE.
