Filling the bags with tibba sand / approved earth minimum 30 Kg in each bags, sealed the sand bags with 6mm nylon rope and stacking the bags up to 8.00 metre height by head load in such manner and arrangement as directed including taking down old cement bags, small bushes if any, and making the surface of required shape for sand bag complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: (i) Colour of Bag shall be approved by GE. (ii) Tibba sand / Earth required for the item, shall be supplied by contractor from out side MOD land of any lead at his own arrangement. (iii) All cost of procurement of earth/tibba sand including cost of transportation, compaction, royalties, tax etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L over embankments area of traverse wall approved Sand filling around holes including raising and filling with approved sand or approved earth up to 8.00 metre height by head load in such manner and arrangement as directed including taking down damage portion and clean small bushes if any, and making the surface of required uniform shape complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: (i) Earth required for the item, shall be supplied by contractor from out side MOD land of any lead at his own arrangement. ( ii) The Earth brought at site shall be stack in proper trapezoidal shape andmeasurement before placing it in traverse / embankment and explosive store. (iii) All cost of procurement of earth/tibba including cost of transportation, compaction, royalties, tax etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L for repairing of distorted concrete in slab / beams /lintels / slab projections /chhajjas/columns etc. up to a depth not exc depth of 100 mm of surface using (Pedilite / Nitocold) tapecrete cementous polymer modified chemical as per manifacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for Guniting work to RCC work in columns , beams , chajjas, balconies , slabs , landings and roof projection etc by removing loose concrete using adhesive plaster of grade 1:3.25 (01 part of cement and 3.25 part of coarse sand ) with a average thickness of 50 mm and making the surface even and smooth including mixing plasticiser as per manifacturers instructions of Make Sika / Fos Roc / Pidilite / Bostrik / Make as approved. The adhesive plaster is to be placed by pressure gunitting nozzle using gunitting plant providing gunitting pressure @ 2.50 kg / Sqm including fixing of welded wire mesh fabric of wire not less than 95 mm x 95 mm x 3 mm including all necessary formwork / scaffolding and making the surfaces even smooth by using 5 mm thick cement mortar plaster in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bar as in repairs, welded at the rate of 0.60 m C/C embedded 75 mm at each end into existing beam using hilty chemical or equivalent complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for reinforcement of 10 mm dia and above TMT bar as in repairs, welded in columns, beams etc embedded 75 mm at each end into existing wall and any RCC me,mbers using hilty chemical or equivalent complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for laying of Geo cell over the igloos and filling the geo cell with earth, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note:- Rate will include the cost of geo cell, laying, earth and dressing of embankment before after Geo cell and work will be executed upto the height of 9m .

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17 of tender documents.
