Cleaning and de-silting of road side drains/ cross drains etc. by mechanical means with adequateroad safety measures by providing caution boards/ safety ribbons/ proper barricading where necessary/ proper lighting if necessary etc without damaging the footpaths/ slabs/ road surfaces etc including immediate disposal of the semi liquid/ silt/ garbage/ floating materials/ polythene etc taken out from the drains/ culverts etc upto a lead of 20.00 km from the site within 24 hours as directed keeping the road surface/ footpath etc clean and as directed by the department.
