Dismantaling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc. and stacking the material with in 50 metres lead of G.S Sheet.

Dismanling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning th surface of plaster including disposalof rubbish the dumping ground within 50meters lead.

Providing from work with steal plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30*30*5mm soas to give a fair finish including centering shuttering and propoing etc. with wodden battens and ballies,height of proping and centering below supporting floor to celling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the same for reinforced concrete amd plain concrete work in;

Flat surfaces, such as soffits of Suspended floors, roofs, landings, and the like floors etc. upto 200 mm in thickness including entrire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts, including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Kota stone slap flooring 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1;4(1cement ;4sand ) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and puolishing complete30mm thick.

Providing and layiing granite stoen in flooring 20mm (average) thicknness base of cement mortar 1;3(1cement ;3sand )laid oer and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigmnt to match the shade of grainte stone i/c rubbing and polishing complete 20mm thick .

Providind and fixing 1st quality ceramie glazed wall tiles conforming to IS; 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineering Charge , in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement-mortar 1:3 (1cement :3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing corrugated G.S sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surfacefixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter withbitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washers filled with whitelead including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, raftersand trusser and including cutting to size and shape wherever requied.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing valleys of 90 cm wide overall in plain G.S sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I limpet ands bitumen washers complete.

15 mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chambers and/ or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand)

Distempering (one coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade, after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease dirt, loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.Including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Spirit Polish Melamine polishing on wood work (one or more coat)

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
