direction of Engineer-in-charge/client.

Disposal of Malba/garbage/Solid waste from NBCC Place to MCD dumping yard.

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features of the garden area, indoor plants, potted plants, planted beds

in general shift i/c lawn, tress, shrubs, hedge, potted plants, flower beds, creepers etc. and other garden features

including watering, hoeing, making of plants basin, manuring, trimming and cleaning of hedges/ plants beds,

spraying of insecticides,DAP, fungicides, weeding, mowing and top dressing of lawn with good earth and Sludge

Manure/Cow dung Manure For premises/office accomodation (cum.) and hedge clipping and removal of the garden

waste as per direction and satisfaction of the officer-in-charge (including the cost of manure and good earth) to

Horticulture maintain the plants, hedge and lawns in good and healthy conditions at all the time during the maintenance period

Work as mentioned in general terms & conditions.The wastes to be dumped at authorised dumping ground outside the

campus including transportation of garbage to the nearest municipal dumping dhalao/yard/ treatment plant

complete to keep the entire premises neat and clean at NBCC Place , Pragati Vihar, as per terms and conditions

including disposal/Removing of Malba/garbage/Horticulture waste etc. from NBCC Place to MCD dumping yard.

Hiring tools & tackles

Removing and Replacing of dead plants & trees including season plants replacing and placing new sasonal plants as

per direction of engineer incharge
