Earth work excavation by manually in foundation in all soils other than soft & hard rock up to a depth not exceeding 1.50 m etc including shoring and dewatering if necessary complete all as per specification & directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Dismantling the existing damaged brick work / flooring / plain cement concrete / soling by chiselling including disposing of debris from site to BMC dumping ground by mechanical menace including labour, tools and plant etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing & erecting double bamboo scaffolding using minimum 75 mm dia best quality bamboo tied with coir rope & the horizontal & vertical members of the bamboos provided as required at spacing of not more than 900 mm apart both vertically & horizontally including providing cross supports as struts to tie the scaffolding properly to the building for maintenance / repair works of external surfaces of buildings as & when required including providing necessary safety belts to workers, dismantling the scaffolding after repair work is completed including cost of transportation, labour, safety belts etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and erecting temporary support with structural steel ISMC / ISMB of both side of damaged column shall be provided before carryout strengthening work of damaged M. S. column / beams by providing temporary adequate structural support with ISMC / ISMB including both side 10 mm thick base plate rest on 6 mm thick chequered plate & 4/6 mm thick EPDM gasket on flooring (for avoiding any damages of flooring tiles) and after repairing the column making goods in original condition and removing scaffolding, temporary supported ISMC / ISMB including cost of material labour tools and plant etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Preparing the old surface and etching with 10 % commercial hydrochloric acid wherever necessary neutralising the etched area by washing with 5 % solution of soda ash, applying one coat of pigmented epoxy based primer followed by one coat of epoxy based trowelling compound, cutting and grinding the surface wherever necessary using waterproof quality emery paper and applying two finishing coat of epoxy based polyamine / polyamide cured special acid and alkali resistant paint by spraying of approved make and tint including remove all mill scale or rust on steel column by scraping, chipping with steel wire brushes than smoothened rubbing with abrasive / sand paper wherever necessary with epoxy based trowelling compound including cost of all material, scaffolding, labour, tools and plants and as per manufactures specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing, fabricating and fixing in position structural steel, conforming to IS 2062 shall be supplied by M/s Sail or Tata steel or M/s Rastriya Ispat Nigam Ltd. & steel corporation Ltd. From there plant. Grills of existing / approved patterned to windows including fabricating / welding to strengthening to existing M. S. Colum / beam, joints etc including cost of nut-bolts, welding, grinding etc and repairing existing M. S. Column, beams balustrades square bars, etc. using flat, bars, "I" section, channel section, M. S. flats, Angles, screw, concrete nails etc. of approved size and quality, including remove all mill scale or rust on steel column by scraping, chipping with steel wire brushes than smoothened rubbing with abrasive / sand paper including applying 1st coat of red oxide / Zink rich over a cleaned surface after drying of 1st coat (after 2/3 days of interval or manufacturer specification) apply 2nd coat of primer approved steel primer. After drying of primer coats two coats of epoxy paint shall be applied by spraying with specified intervals (2/3 days of interval or manufacturer specification) etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing cantering and shuttering form work using timber planks including strutting and propping etc. up to 1st floor level and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and in plain concrete work including hacking of exposed concrete surface etc. complete.
(a) foundation, footing base of columns, plinth beam, bed block etc.
Providing & fixing steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete pile including transporting, decoying, straightening, cutting, degusting, bending, placing in position at all levels and locations, and binding with 18-to-20-gauge soft drawn annealed steel binding wires. Complete all as per specifications and drawings.
(a) High yield strength deformed bars /tor steel (Fe-415 ) conforming to latest revision of IS1786-1985.
Reinforced cement concrete of 1:1.5:3 grade conforming to IS 456-2000, at all floors and levels using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm and downgraded including machine mixing, conveying placing in position, mechanical consolidation fixing, curing scaffolding etc. complete all as per drawings and specifications, but excluding the cost of form work and steel reinforcement (which shall be paid under relevant item ).
Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm max. Size including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and laying precast hydraulically pressed marble mosaic tiles of Size 200 mm X 200 mm X 20 -22 mm thick (Heritage series of M/s Bharat tiles or equivalent as approved by competent authority) in flooring of approved colour, shade and design in white cement in cement mortar 1:4 bedding 20 mm thick with double grouting of joints with matching colouring pigment (matching to existing tiles, colour, shade & design & patterned) including machine polishing with mirror finish etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the EIC.
a) for flooring precast hydraulically pressed marble mosaic tiles of Size 200 mm X 200 mm X 20 -22 mm thick
b) for skirting of precast hydraulically pressed marble mosaic tiles of Size 200 mm X 100 mm X 20 -22 mm thick (Heritage series of M/s Bharat tiles or equivalent etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the EIC.
Providing Autoclaved aerated concrete block (AAP) masonry work, in and around the M. S. structural column in cement mortar 1:4 using AAC block as specified approved quality including necessary scaffolding height up to 4.5 mtr., raking out joints above ground level, curing etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Cement plastering using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar in CM 1:4 of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied on internal wall and ceiling finished smooth with neeru over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including curing and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris out side colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.
a) 12 mm thick
b) 15 mm thick.
Machine polishing with Mirror finished on hydraulically pressed marble mosaic tiles (heritage series) i.e. flooring /dado to give high gloss finish etc. including cost of matching pigment of tiles, grouting the joints labour, material etc. all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and applying cement based wall care putty in one coat of Birla wall care putty of M/s.Birla/Stucco putty of M/s. Jotun/ Champion putty of M/s. Saint Gobain Gyproc India or other approved equivalent make over entire surface including preparing old painted surfaces by thoroughly scrapping oil bound distemper /acrylic emulsion / white wash etc, filling up the cracks, crevices, depression, holes etc, including sand papering and making surfaces even and smooth dusting /cleaning , scaffolding , covering the furniture etc with tarpaulins or equivalent covering materials, cleaning of all surfaces etc.& disposing of debris outside colony etc. Complete as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.
Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint of approved make & shade over two coats of approved primer (alkali resistant) consist of thoroughly scrapping oil bound distemper /acrylic emulsion / white wash surface, applying a coat of approved cement primer, filling up the cracks with approved crack filling compound , applying approved stucco putty to entire surface to fill up crevices, mild depression etc. thoroughly scrapping the surface, applying 2nd coat of approved cement primer carrying out full stucco putty work , applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint including necessary covering material and removal of splashing & droppings from floors, walls including necessary scaffolding height up to 4.1 Mtrs. / Ladder as required & disposing of debris outside of the premises etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Applying three coats of french polishing on old wooden surface etc. polishing on old wooden surfaces door, window, cladding & cabinet, ceiling, flooring with approved tint and make to obtain required finished etc. including necessary scaffolding, covering with covering material, labour tools and plant etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the EIC.
Repairing the damaged Plaster Of Parise / gypboard sheet (POP / Gyp. Sheet) in false ceiling including ceiling support of G. I. gird work 22 gauge at 600 mm c/c with 4 mm dia G. I. rods and 50 mm long dash fasteners whenever required, including cutting the damaged sheet to required size making necessary opening of electrical fixtures A. C grills, fixing to correct line & level etc including removing the existing damaged false ceiling carefully from existing frame work and disposing off debris from out of the premises etc complete all as per drawing and directed by the Engineering-in-charge.
Providing and fixing Plaster of Paris cornice size varying up to 175 mm and matching with existing adjoining patterned & design etc including scaffolding, tools and plants, material, labour etc complete all pas specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Transportation the surplice soil / unserviceable material including loading mechanical transporting and disposal of the same to the municipal approved dumping ground with a lead of more than 20 Kml. Etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
