Material & labour for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade laid in trenches/walls/ pillers/ poles cross-sectional area 25 sq. mm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, tubular poles or laying of pipes, or for removal / laying of cables etc., not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, including trimming sides of foundations and forming bottom surface to required level, complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

M&L river sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply and laying common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class grade "B" designation 75 Old size bricks all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Plain cement concrete, (1:4:8), type D-2( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, (1:3:6), type C-1( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling & mass concrete for stay complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting minimun 75 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.

Supply and fix steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-22 (9 meter long) complete with CI base plate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix timer switch of security lights of capcity 15 KW including connection etc all as directed and specified

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron strip electrode 60x60cmx6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead strip of size 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to switchgear equipments/motors protected by 40mm dia light grade GI pipe upto a length of 7.5mtr including necessary excavation earth work, charcoal and salt PCC 1:3:6 type C1 for chamber 40mm thick RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B1 with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both ways, 20mm dia GI watering pipe medium grade with funnel complete and testing complete all as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.3mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia of minimum 15m length by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 in SSR PART-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including provision of earthing lead protection pipe, PCC earth pit with cover, excavation & earth work, testing on completion etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pole/wall mounted junction box, made up of sheet moulding compound (SMC) type with hinged type door and locking arrangement, white colour of size 280x170x130mm outside and 240x130x110mm internal dimensions comprising 01 No-16 Amps capacity, aluminium busbar-04 Nos, earthing terminals, bolts & nuts and connecting up cables with aluminium terminal lugs including suitable size clamps,bolts, nuts and washers fixed on pole complete and taking down unserviceable junction box complete all as directed Make - Sintex or equivalent ISI marked

Supply and fixing of PVC insulated copper conductor cable FRLS grade 1.5sqmm, three core, ISI marked along with PVC pipe of minumum 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No.1 of SSR part I including loop type insulator, stay clamps, stay strands, excavation & earthwork and PCC work complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate quoted shall be inclusive of necessary excavation & earthwork and concrete as required.

Supply and laying in repairs corrugated HDPE pipe of 40mm dia for cable protection confirming IS-14930 1 & 2 , in trenches or fixing to the pole with necessary accessories complete all as directed. Make:Astral/Sudhakar or equalent ISI certified manufacturer.

S&F in repair light grade GI pipe bracket of 40/32mm dia, 1.2mtr long, bent to shape for street light fitting fixed on pole using new 2 Nos FI clamps, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for cutting existing BT road/PCC of size 45cm x 60cm for taking out/laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and refilling the same in layers well ramming including watering as required and matching with the existing surface with 200mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and curing the same with wet gunny bags and removing debris to a distance not less than 50m complete all as specified and directed.
