Dismantling of transformer, removing all the base frame nut/bolt and disconnecting HT cable connection as well as outgoing connection. Dismantling the complete transformer, Removing the top cover, oil tank, silica jel breather and fins etc. lifting the core and coils from the transformer tank.
Rewinding of 11 KV HT winding limbs, removing the burnt winding, Providing the new TPC copper strips and making the HT coils as per original. Fixing the coil in transformer core with proper HT insulation. Making the connection and brazing the same with silver mixed copper rod and insulation with HT insulation.
Re-insulation of LT winding limbs, Annealing and cleaning the copper strip with craft paper tape and making the coils as per original shape. Fixing the coils in transformer core with proper LT insulation. Making the connection and brazing the same with silver mixed copper rod and insulation with LT insulation.
Fixing the core and coil in the transformer tank with safe and sound condition. Replacement of top cover gasket and insulator gasket oil seal for stopping the leakage. Replacement of silica gel.
P/Fixing of winding protection pad
Filling of T/oil to up to top up level as required to make power
Dehydration of transformer oil
Assembling the complete transformer
Lifting and lowering the transformer from the DJB site
