Sub Head : RCC Work

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

a) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

b) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Sub Head : Finishing Work

6 mm cement plaster of mix :

a) 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :

a) Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat.

Cutting holes up to 45 x 20 cm in walls including making good the same:

a) With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks.

Sub Head : Steel Work.

Providing 80 mm dia (medium) G.I Pipe with socket of approved brand like Tata, Jindal, Bansal or equivalent and jointing by welding etc. including applying priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, welding in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

a) In pole tower, cable tray , frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets and similar works.

Specialised fabricator for fabrication of roof top pole tower as per standard drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Lifting of Roof top Pole structure member i/c cable tray etc. upto 25. mtr high on roof top with necessary arrangement etc. as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Erection and fixing of Roof top Pole tower i/c cable tray on top of roof as per standard / approved drawing & schdule i/c tightening of nute, bolts and washer etc complete as per direction and satisfaction of E-I-C.

Painting of erected Roof top pole tower structure i/c cable tray with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer (Two or more coat) (Colour of paint white and international orange as per aviation rule) paint should be 1st quality of berger / asian /ici / shallmar etc.

Dismantling RCC in existing column, beam and slab upto its top reinforcement at rest point of tower stem and its connecting beam with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type, tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities, cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and welding by gas or electric plant of stem and cnnecting beam's reinforcement to existing reinforcement to each other etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
