Taking out doors, windows and clerestory windows shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 20 metres lead. (Not exceeding 3 sqm in area ) Wihin all leads and lift and other incidentials.

Dismantling tiled floors laid in mortar upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within 20 metres lead (wooden/concrete joists to be measured and paid for separately) For thickness of tiles upto 25mm within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Demolition above G.L.upto floor two level including disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 metres lead.un-reinforced cement concrete upto 15cm. Thickness.

Providing and laying APP(Atactic Polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished rainforced with non-woven polyster matt couristing of a coat of bitumin primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/Sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 Kg/Litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using but one torch and sealing all points etc. and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameter of the mambrane shall be as under: Joint strength in longitudenal and travarse direction at 23°C as 650/450 N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudenal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening points of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto-2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM D-5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacture of mambrane 22.201-3mm thick.

Providing and fixing PTMT Coloured /White high density polyethylene / poly propypene 10 litres capacity ( full flush) european standard control low level flushing cistren with fittings such as lead valve,syphon, 15 mm nominal size PVC Ball valve with polythene float, with push burron , coupling for connections with inlet, outlet and over floe pipe, 40 mm dia C.P. Flush bend including cutting holes in walls and making good the same and connecting the flush bend with cistern and closet ( overflow pipe to be measurement and paid for separately )

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete. ( 100 mm dia ) within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Providing and laying spartic ceremic tiles 5.5mm.thick in flooring (300 x300mm. size)treads of steps laid on a bed of 12mm. thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3 sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sq.M. and under and 10 to 15mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a Lead of 20 metres with : - Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Sand)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including t horoughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.
