Disposal of surplus excavated earth/moorum/building concrete/granite/wood/rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material of partitions,ceiling boards,tiles,frames etc by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading in all lifts/loads upt 10km distance from HAL. completely as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Surface Exacavation : Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge in all Kinds of Soil including levelling and dressing as per the directions of EIC.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas in all kinds of soft / hard soil for foundations, footings, column pedestals or members as per the drawing and site requirement etc., (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including removal of vegetation and in-equalities, shoring, strutting for protecting the sides of foundation if required, removing slips or falls in excavation, forming steps in sides of deep excavations and their removal or covering up, levelling, ramming the bottom of excavation, getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m with all labour, tools & tackles, plant & machinery, hire & fuel charges etc.,all complete as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Making Plinth Protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying, mixing and placing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) of required thickness using 20 mm nominal size down graded hard stone/granite aggregate in accordance with IS 456 in Floor leveling/ lacing courses,parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets,sunken floor,plinth etc including formwork, mechanical mixing, transporting, vibrating, consolidation, levelling, curing, dewatering if any, all materials, labour, lead & lift, tools, plant & machinery, keeping concrete well wetted during the curing period and protecting it in extreme weather conditions etc., but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).
Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the subgrade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.
Construction of granular sub-base(GSB) with material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-25 by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound for sealing of construction/expansion joints using grade 'A' sealing compound conforming to IS: 1834. in roads / pavements allcomplete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid in panels if required and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in charge. (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately).
Supplying, straightening, fabricating (cutting & bending), placing in position and binding steel reinforcement of TMT bars of not less than Fe 500 D conforming to IS 1786 for all concrete reinforcment members / works above/below plinth level, including cutting to length, bending to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (Annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, including fixing and bracing, wastage, welding, supporting or otherwise holding firmly in position so that the placing and ramming of concrete will not displace it etc., complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : a) Only authorized laps, chairs etc. shall be considered for measurement. b) The exposed Reinforcement bars shall be coated with cement slurry.
Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched M25 Grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg/m3 design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, PortlandPozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, consolidation, levelling, curing, scaffolding, all materials, labour, carriage for all leads & lifts; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable seperatly. In case the cement content indesign mix is morethan 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discrition to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

Supplying and laying Half Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded modular bricks of class designation 3.5(35 kg/sq.cm) with CM(1:3) for walls,chambers at all levels & heights including hoisting and setting in position and along with necessary formwork, curing, finishing, making or leaving holes & chases and making making horizontal and vertical grooves 10 mm wide 12 mm deep before plastering all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying and laying Coursed rubble masonry/SSM( Size stone Masonry) with CM(1:6)for walls,foundations and plinth etc including hoisting and setting in position and along with necessary packing ,hearting ,formwork, curing, finishing all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc., with made of M.S. flats, square or round bars etc.,fixed to steel windows by welding as per site requirement etc., complete including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete and as direcetd by the Engineer Incharge.
Providing and fixing factory made Three track three panels uPVC sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of lead free uPVC multi-chambered frame,sash and mullion/coupler(where ever required) extruded profiles having minimum wall thickness of 2.10mm with frame (98mm x 40mm) & both glazed and fly screen sash (30mm X 55mm) with zinc alloy powder coated handle on every glazed panel along with suitable locking system confirming to EN:12608 in any shape,colour (excluding white) and design duly reinforced with galvanized mild steel section made of required shape & size as per CPWD specification, uPVC extruded glazing beads,interlocks and inline sash adaptor (where ever required) of approriate dimension, EPDM gasket, hadrwares,SS304 fastners of minimum 8mm dia with countersunk head,comprising of matching polyamide PA6 grade sleeve for fixing frame to finished wall as per IS1367:Part I to 14,Plastic packers,plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame,sas & mullion shall be mitred cut and fusion welded/mechanically jointed duly sealed at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality,make it operational with all accessories, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.(Glass to be paid separately)
Using R2 series with frame (70mm & above) x (40mm & above) & both glazed and fly screen sash (25mm & above) x ( 50mm & above) with zinc alloy (zamak) powder coated touch locks with hook. ( Height up to 1.8m).
Providing and fixing factory made uPVC glazed Casement single panel door with zinc alloy (zamak) 3D hinges,multi-point locking system with cylinder,zinc alloy(zamak) powder coated handles on both sides using doors comprising of lead free uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion/coupler (where ever required) extruded profiles having minimum wall thickness of 2.10 mm for using R3 series frame (55 mm & above) x (50 mm & above) & sash (55 mm & above) x (85 mm & above) for the door heights upto 2.5 metre, conforming to EN: 12608 in any shape,colour (excluding white) and design duly reinforced with galvanized mild steel section made of required shape & size as per CPWD Specification, uPVC extruded glazing beads, interlocks and Inline sash adaptor (where ever required) of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, hardware, SS 304 grade fasteners of minimum 8 mm dia with countersunk head, comprising of matching polyamide PA6 grade sleeve for fixing frame to finished wall as per IS 1367 : Part 1 to 14, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame, sash & mullion (if required) shall be mitred cut and fusion welded/mechanically jointed duly sealed at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of approved size and quality, all complete as per approved drawing conforming to CPWD specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Section of steel reinforcement and cross sections of uPVC profiles to be as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Glazing as per site requirements and conforming to IS: 3548 shall be paid separately.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work,In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, use of chequered plate wherever required, edge frames/angles for false ceiling,foundation edges,pedestal; frames, base plates,guard bar, ladder, M.S.railings, brackets,gates and similar works including cutting, hoisting, fixing in positionwith required foundation an danchor bolts and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required and instrcuted by Engineer Incharge.
Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /seIf tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
Providing and fixing G.I.chain link fabric fencing(mesh) of required width , mesh size 50X50 mm made of G.I. wire of dia 3 mm including straightening with 2 mm dia G.I. wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required etc ., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. for G.I. wire mesh made up of with wire dia 4 mm
Supplying, mixing, laying (average) 40 mm thick plain cement concrete flooring (1:2:4) using 20 mm nominal size graded aggregates in sub bases, floors and pavings etc., finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, including consolidation, necessary formwork, curing, materials, labours, tools and tackels, plants etc.,but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc, all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Plastering to internal brick/block wall with 15 mm thick on the rough side of single or half brick wall of cemnet mortor (1:6) including leveling,curing and making the level smooth and at all heights, plaster drip course/ groove in plastered surface or moulding to R.C.C. projections and execute the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Plastering to external brick/block wall with 18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster on the rough side with cement mortor 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).including leveling,curing and making the level smooth and at all heights, plaster drip course/ groove in plastered surface or moulding to R.C.C. projections and execute the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and applying internal wall and ceiling painting with two coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50grams/ litre after applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm over the plastered wall/existing surface including preparation of the surfces by scrapping existing paint/stains, with a coat of low VOC primer with emery paper to bring to smooth and even including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour of approved brand,complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and finishing old walls in two or more coats with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of approved brand ( with Asian Apex Ultima protek-duralite or Nerolac-Excel everlast-12 or Berger- weathercoat long life 15 or equivalent) of required shade @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over existing cement paint surface after Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of ( with Asian Apex Ultima protek-duralite or Nerolac-Excel everlast-12 or Berger- weathercoat long life 15 or equivalent) required shade for New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm) including scrapping,preparationof surface for completing the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and applying synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade in One or more coats on old work by cleaning and srcapping to make the surface smooth before appling paint.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions of thickness up to 25 mm,but including stacking within 50metres lead and disposal of unwanted materails outside HAL upto a distance of 10km,all complete as per the instruction of Engineer Incharge.
Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 10 kilometre outside HAL, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars,after making temporary proetction for existing service lines.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Demolishing brick work with cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means, after disconnecting the electrical service and AC lines if any, including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 10 kilometre outside HAL.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)and including stacking material and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 10 kilometre outside HAL,after making temporary proetction for existing service linescomplete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
