Excavation in foundations trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard/ soft rocks, chiselling / wedgeing out of hard /soft rock including dewatering in saturated soil upto all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil / materials not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 centimetre layers when required into plinths side of foundations etc., consoildating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3 :6 (1 cement : 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1 : 1. 50 : 3 ( One cement : 1.50 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundations, footings bases of columns and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls (any thickness but not exceeding 0.10 metre thickness) attached pilasters, buttersses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre, so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc. up to 200 milimetres in thickness within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC.work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete work 1:2:4 (1cement :2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-.

Suspended floor roofs, landing & shelves and their support balconies,beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. pressed but hinges with necessary screw 125x65x2.12 mm with in all lead and lifts.as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing oxdized M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete 300x16mm within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Steel work welded in built-up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting housting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In gratings, framed guard bars, ladders, railngs, brackets and similars work within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media dully graded screened washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer -in- Charge within all leads and lifts.

Top layer:- Fine sand (eff. Size 0.20mm to 0.40 and uniformity co-efficient 2.00 to 3.00)

Second layer:- Coursed sand 3mm to 6mm.

Third layer :- Bazri 6mm to 20mm.

Fourth layer :- Bazri 20mm to 25mm.

Bottom layer :- Broken stone 50mm to 75mm.

Prov.in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor 1:3 (1cement :3 sand ) as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.with in all leads and lifts.

Laying and jointing, testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tubes light grade scewed and socketed as per IS 1239 including tube fitting such as bends, tees, air valves, unions,sluice valve , peet valve and collars etc. as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately)

Providing and fixing 2.40 mtr heigh fencing with MS angles post 65x65x6mm of total height 2.90 metre @ 2.50 mtr. centre to centre with 9 nos horizontal lines and two diagonals of galvanised steel barbed wire (IS 278-1962 Type I) total weight 9.38 Kg.per 100 metres(minimum) including earth work cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
