Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Providing, laying spreading & compacting of granular sub base by providing close graded (Fr-1) materials, sprading in uniform layers with Mortor Graded on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovater at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoR &H clause 401& as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machine charges & including all labour, T& P etc req for proper completion of work. Analysis rate. (As per MORTH 502 and PWD SOR 2022-23)

Supply & Laying of precast Interlocking tiles of thickness 100mm (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa and weight 4.50kg) Including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand as per design approved by Architect or Engineer-in-charge all complete work.
