Drilling, Reaming & Laying of 33KV Cable (3Nos.) using Trenchless Technology Method at a depth of about 1.5m or more by using directional drilling unit equipped with automated pipe handling system (Horizontal Directional Drilling Machine), using bentonite mud mixing system and all necessary accessories using pulling the cable carefully without damaging other service like telephone, internet cables, water pipes etc., installation including cost of pipe, hire charges for all the accessories and equipment etc. taking the necessary drive pit for drilling & laying the cable, remove the excavated earth. The rate quoted for including the charge of GPR (Ground Penetrating radar) Survey for identifying the existing utility in the proposed bore path and including cost of making entry pit and exit pit for every 250meters minimum intervals. (Opening and Closing)

Transporting of 33 KV Cable drums inlcuding cost of Loading at stores, unloading of 33KV cable drums each weighing approximately 7T in lorries using truck mounted crane for both loading and unloading including cost of labour required, etc.,(3 drums at a time)

Transporting of 33KV empty drums loading at site, and devolution of empty 3KV steel cable drum each weighing 1 to 1.5T from various work site (3drums at a time) and balance cables if any to departmental stores

Providing 18 gauge aluminium strip with Nylon tie at 10m intervals for engraving voltage level, size of the cable, name of the feeder including cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation charges, etc., complete. (Every 10m intervals)

Casting & placing of RCC offset slab (cable route indicaton slab) of size 750x750x60mm casting in RCC 1:2:4 using 12 to 20 mm HBG metal with necessary reinforcement, piling, shuttering, curing, transport from casting yard to various locations & fixing the slab along 33 KV cable route as directed by site Engineer with PCC 1:3:6 including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc including 2 coats of flourescent painting.
