Taking down shutdown, disconnecting existing primary/secondary repairable transformer of capacity upto 630 KVA indoor /outdoor type removing/ taking down for repair from existing cable and including earth wire all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :-The contractor shall return the transformer duly repaired with in 20 days other wise a penalty of Rs 1000/- per day will be recovered from the firm.

Shifting including loading unloading and transporting of transformer 11 KV of size 50 to 630 KVA capacity with suitable arrangement after complete repair and satisfactory restoring from contractor’s workshop or work site including reconnecting with existing primary power cable and secondary power cable side & earthing of transformer after taking shut down and including testing & commissioning on existing load in the presence of officer nominated and Engr-in-Charge by contract complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Winding the transformer 50 KVA to 630 KVA suitable for secondary original size copper wire complete with all required insulation/ varmishing materials complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Winding the servo voltage stabilizer / transformer 50 KVA to 630 KVA suitable for primary original size copper wire complete with all required insulation/ varnishing materials complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing secondary stud bush of brass of brass complete with nuts bolts and washers of brass for 50 to 630 KVA Transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking down old unserviceable. .

Supply and fixing primary stud bush of brass of brass complete with nuts bolts and washers of brass for 50 to 630 KVA Transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking down old unserviceable.

Supply and fixing synthetic rubberized cord sheet 5 mm thick with suitable holes including replacement of defective nuts and washer of per existing size for 200 to 400 KVA Transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cast iron wheel complete with solit pin etc for transformer 50 to 630 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Oil temperature gauge circular dia type of standard size and suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformers upto 630 KVA capacity all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

S&F in replacement breather assembly CI body of standard size filled with silica-gel for transformer upto 630KVA complete all as directed and specified.

Winding temperature indicator type of standard size and suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformers all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Supply and filling of new transformer oil of ISI marked having electric strength not less than 45 KV for topping up complete all as specified and as directed. Make : power/ sweta/ eqt.

Supply and fixing Buccholz relay 50 mm type GOR -2 suitable for transformer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking down old.

Supply and fixing complete gaskit bush for bushing side of transformer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking down old.

Supply and fixing of Magnetic oil guage 150 mm diameter suitable for transformer all as specified and as directed including taking down old.

Taking down old unserviceable of Transformer insulator ,Supply and fixing of primary bush insulator of transformer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and sepositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point.

GI tube light grade of bore 100 mm with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor for cable crossing including cutting of bitumen roads/PCC and making good after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by E ngr in charge including taking down old.

Maintenance free safe earthing system (set of three electrodes to be used as grid for equipment earthing), each pit complete with 01 Number UL 467 approved/ CPRI tested copper bonded ( copper cladded earth rod with 250 microns of copper cladding) earth rod 17.2mm dia. 3000 mm long electrode buried in ground to bore holes 120 mm dia. vertically to a depth not less than 3.50 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of earth electrode at a depth not less than 500 mm below normal ground level, provision of copper bus bar of size 200mm x 25mm x 6mm for inter connection with copper earth lead strip 25mm x 3mm and further connected to test point terminal block all as directed. Each earth pit shall include minimum 50 Kg (two bags of 25 Kg each) NABL Lab Certified back fill and 06 kg (two containers of 03 kg each) NABL lab certified conductive gel(LOHM-EG-03) compound for filling bore holes with mother soil mixed in 1:3 ratio (one part of back fill compound and three parts of mother soil), so as to achieve earth resistance below 1 Ohm including excavation of polypit chamber with polyplastic pit cover (cost of polypit chamber with polyplastic pit cover shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including dismantling old unserviceable. (b) Earthing resistance result shall be less than 1 Ω .If the result comes more than 1 Ω, the contractor shall carry out the earthing at separate location /site given by the Engr-in-Charge after taking out of earth electrode without any extra cost to the deptt. (c) Contractor shall give guarantee of minimum 5 years for the earthing carried out by him. (d) Contractor shall submit the purchase vouchers of material purchased and undertaking obtained from the agency executing the earthing certifying that the earthings have been provided by them for the entire quantity of earthings on non-judicial stamped paper worth Rupees 100/-. (e) Test point terminal block shall be measured and paid separately. (f) The contractor's quoted rates shall be deemed to include for dismantling/taking down of old unserviceable earthing of any type and making good the disturbed surfaces and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (g) Guarantee money :- An amount equal to 5% of the quoted amount against earthing catered under item No. 13 of BOQ will be retained till satisfactory completion of perfomance guarantee period of five years. Contractor can give BGB or interest bearing deposit receipt from any nationalized/scheduled bank for the amount failing which the said amount shall be deducted from final RAR/final bill of contractor. (h) Any other fittings/fixtures if technically required for acheiving desired results (if not included above) shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. (j) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include for three electrodes (in three pits separately) with three polypit chambers (minimum 3 metre apart) with polyplastic pit covers.

Brazing/welding of copper strip of size 20 x 3.15mm at each joint by overlapping of minimum 20mm of both strips which are laid as roof/down conductor on any height of building all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75 x 75 x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws complete all as specified and directed including taking down old unserviceable.

Copper strip 20 x 3.15 mm size burried in ground/fixed on wall and roof as roof/down conductor fixed with the help of porcelain insulator saddle and screws (fixed at 01 mtr interval) upto 25 metres height complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Porcelain insulators shall be measured and paid for seprately under relevant item of BOQ.

Dismantling the defective stabilizer of capacity up to 50 KVA from incoming and out going cables and opening the stabilizer for services charge checking the defects for repairs at site, including connecting and testing complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and filling voltage stabilizer oil low viscosity type conforming to IS 330 for topping up of stabilizer, all as directed.
