Construction of 10000 Liter OHT (7.5 m Staging Height )

Earthwork excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) to full depth as per designed in all soils and sub soils except soft disintegrated rock not requiring blasting and hard rock requiring blasting and bailing water wherever necessary. Refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth other than sand in layers of well rammed and compacted and depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m and clearing and leveling the site etc.complete complying with standard specification.

Sand filling for foundation with clear river sand including cost of sand watering, ramming and consolidation etc complete as directed by TWAD Board officers.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four crushed stone sand and Eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -Mixing by mechanical means for 10 cum.

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc complete.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic Exterior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Steel - Fe 500D : Supply, fabrication and placing of reinforcement steel of high yield strength ribbed bars of various diameters and grade conforming to IS 1786 for reinforced concrete work. The work includes recoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, fabricating, and placing in position, at all levels including lead and lift, according to drawings, specifications etc. complete and supply & use of 18G black annealed binding wire double fold to tie the bars in position and providing precast cement/ PVC cover blocks for main reinforcement to ensure specified cover and complete., including all labor charges etc as directed by departmental officers.

Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50 mm x50mm x 6mm MS angle for both sides and for steps at 30cm C/C welded jointed etc ., for I staging from GL to 1st level brace (weight 4.5kg/m) IInd and IIIrd staging upto floor slab and IVth staging from floor slab to roof top. Supply, delivery and fixing of 32 mm GI pipes medium for hand rails from I stage to IVth stage. RCC M30 Grade mix for Landing slab 5 nos. at Ground Level- 1No. and above Ground Level hand rails at Landing slab and MS Ladder providing locking arrangements with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint as per approved Type Design and as directed by TWAD board officers. Providing GI pipe connection to the OHT

Refilling in Basement with excavated Earth in layers of not more than 15cm. Thick well rammed, watered and consolidated complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Watersupply arrangements

Supply and delivery of 75mm PVC Pipe

Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift of 10m including all cost etc complete.

Refilling with excavated soil other than sand including all cost and all labour charges etc complete.
