Providing and fixing of Paver Block after dismantling of existing paver block on V - 5 road in sector 20 B, Chandigarh.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing Channel of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting,loading and unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge.

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying of kerb of size 2’-0” x 9” having 4” thickness at bottom and 3” thickness at top placed at or near ground level in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying at or near ground level old channel of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Precasting plain cement concrete Channel of size 2'-0" x 1'-0" x 3" thick duly mixed, mechanically & compacted made of PCC 1:2:4 duly cured and finished. , jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: ( 1 Cement: 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge.

Laying old 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over 20mm thick compacted bed of cement sand mortar 1:4 including grouting the joints with cement mortar etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
