REPAIR/ MAINT TO CHARPOY GI PIPE/ DOUBLE BUNK AND TP FURNITURE FOR OTM AND MD ACCN UNDER GE (EAST) DELHI CANTT-10

Removing of old unsv plywood top from existing charpoy GI pipe shall be re-assembling/ tightening of charpoy frame and providing 12 mm thick plywood top BWP Grade (Make: Gold from Greenply/Gold from Archidply/ Club Prime from Century Ply) as per existing shape and size with shunken nut/bolts ,appropriate hole shall be made with elecrtic drill machine complete AND 12mm x 6mm thick teak wood beading half round along with the edges duly smoothened of the plywood and rounded at corner fixed with fevicol and headless nails all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S& F of MS flat iron Stiffener of size 35mm x 6mm with round headed steel bolt, nut and washer of suitable size to GI pipe charpoy frame and rough edges of stiffeners smothended by grinding. Stiffeners to be provided two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide. Plytop to be fixed with 08 number of round headed bolt.

Removing of old unserviceable/broken Elbow and S&F new 03 way GI Elbow 70mm long of 32mm dia ISI marked and fixing in position complete all as shown on drawing. (Wt. not less than 420gm per elbow).

Removing of old unserviceable/broken check nut and S&F new 06 mm thick ISI marked GI check nut of 32mm dia complete all as shown on drawing.

Removing of old unserviceable long rail from existing charpoy GI pipe and S&F new long rail of 32mm dia medium grade GI pipe, ISI marked and threading the same 22mm long at one end and 52mm long at other end and fixing in position complete all as shown on drawing. (Make : Jindal / Tata / Suriya).

Cutting and converting the old unserviceable long rail as retrieved vide Srl No. 2.05 here-in-before into two short rails and fixed to charpoy GI pipe duly threaded 22mm long at both side end including removal of old and worn out threaded short rails.

Cutting and converting the old unserviceable short rail as retrieved vide Srl item No. 2.06 here-in-before into two legs and fixed to charpoy GI pipe duly threaded 22mm long at one end including removal of old and broken unserviceable legs.

Removing of old unserviceable plastic newar from existing Charpoy GI Pipe, reassembling/ tightening of Charpoy frame and providing providing 12 mm thick plywood top BWP Grade (Make: Gold from Greenply/Gold from Archidply/ Club Prime from Century Ply) as per existing shape and size with shunken nut/bolts ,appropriate hole shall be made with elecrtic drill machine complete AND 12mm x 6mm thick teak wood beading half round along with the edges duly smoothened of the plywood and rounded at corner fixed with fevicol and headless nails all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
