Providing one coat of enamel paint of approved make, quality and colour for old iron works including cost of scrapping of old surface, all materials, lead, lift, labour, etc., complete.k)

Guniting of concrete wall surface with 50mm thick using cement, sand mix 1:1.5 the sand passing through seive of size 2.36 mm with w/c ratio of 0.50 and providing weld mesh of 10 gauge of size 7.5x2.5 cm including labour, material, gun operated by compressed air machine all lead, lift, etc complete.

Providing epoxy resin concrete bonding agent with Nito bond EP or equivalent to the surface where Guniting are to be provided including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift,T&P, etc. complete.)

Providing anti-corrosive treatment to the existing reinforcement including cleaning the steel rod (Exposed surface) and corrosion deposits and apply one full coat of NITOZINC primer by suitable brush and properly coated including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc complete.

Providing and placing RCC 1:11/2:3 using 20 mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, lead ,lift,labour, Shuttering charges, vibrating charges and mixing charges excluding the cost of reinforcement etc, complete.

Painting two coats of colour washing using of distemper of approved make and quality for interior walls including cost of scrapping of old surface, scaffolding charges, cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, curing, etc., complete.

Colour washing two coats with best quality of plastic emulsion paint of approved make and colour over one coat of white cement primer for exterior walls including cost of scrapping of old surface, all materials, lead, lift, labour, scaffolding ,T & P etc., complete.

Providing plastering with CM 1:5,12mm tk cost of all removal of cement plaster from walls, all materials, lead, lift, labour, etc., complete.
