Fabrication, Supply and erection of Steel Structures as per the specification, dimensions and design requirement including all labour charges and other charges etc. complete (including Primary and Secondary framing, foundation bolts, Stiffener plate, Cleat plate, fasteners, cold formed Purlin members, MS angle, Rectangular Hollow sections, Sag rods, Bracing rods, End plate, Base plate, Connection plate etc using welding)

Painting charges of the purlin & struts by primary coat of red oxide & 2 coats of approved enamel material + labour charges

Supply and painting with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint (Exterior)

Paving the Floor with Unpolished Granite stones of size 600x 600 x 6mm laid in CM 1;2,30mm thick and pointing with white cement 0.40kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials ,

Supply and paving the floor with ceramic tiles (Acid/Alkali proof vitreous) laid in cement mortar 1:3, 10 mm thick and applying cement slurry etc., complete(Glazed tiles)

Dismandaling the Brick walls for Fixing Doors and finishing works

Removing the Rainwater pipe

Supplying and fixing of PVC pipe 110 mm for waste Draine water supply arrngements of Below Ground Level.
