M&L for five layered APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane , 2mm thick having centre core not less than 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film (HMHDPE) protected on both sides with high polymeric asphaltic mix and 20 micron HMHDPE film weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm applied with bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @1.20 Kg/Sqm over bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.40 Kg/Sqm with final coat of bonding bitumen grade 85/25 @1.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane with all overlaps complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for coved fillet in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate at junction of roof & parapet wall and other vertical surfaces and surface painted with a hot paving bitumen grade 30/40 conforming to IS-73 @0.70 Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltr Sqm complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
