Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface thoroughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC.Two coats.Fourth Floor.

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. Super protective 100 % Acrylic Emulsion.Fourth Floor.

i) On metal surface With super gloss (hi-gloss) Two coats (with any shade except white).

ii) On wooden surface With super gloss (hi-gloss) Two coats (with any shade except white).

iii)Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

iv)Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

French polishing to wood work including preparing surface (High gloss) On old French polished surface including complete removal of the old polish.

Polyurethane Polishing to woodwork with required colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge with preparing surface including scaffolding and hire charges of compressor machine including cost of filler and hardener material such as P. U. Sealing, P. U. Top coat (Matt/Glossy), Thinner, Spirit etc. and inclusive of all operation, material and labour complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Painting with superior quality aluminium paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. on steel surface: Two coats.
