Annual work of operation,maintenance and watch and ward of sewage treatment plant in colony area at ATPS Chachai

Item Rate:- Operation maintenance and watch & ward of STP i/c operation and maintenance of various pump motors, gear, valves, circular pipe lines and other equipment i/c all minor repair & replacement of spareparts of plant as per mannual and specification etc. complete including cost of all materials, watch & watch of premises and cleaning of surrounding & removal of all unwanted vagetation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Round the clock operation, testing and all minor civil, electrical & mechanical maintenance with record keeping complete.)

Painting of machinery, including gearing, housing, shafting, bearing, pedestals, oil tanks, control cabinets, hoist beams, pipe support clamps ladders etc. of hoists and supporting structures, as per IS 14177, i/c primer coat (one coat of Zinc phosphate paint) and finish coat (three coats) of aluminum paint or synthetic enamel paint. For proper painting, the surface preparation shall be done by appropriate hand and power tool and cleaning of heavy layer of rust should be removed by chipping. Visible oil grease, dirt and other foreign material be cleaned using solvents like clean mineral spirits or white gasoline. After hand and power tool cleaning, the surface should be cleaned for loose dust and debris and after the surface preparation the primer and finishing coats shall be carried out as per specification. Upto 1.5m Height

Cleaning and removing of dry sludge from drying bed i/c loading unloading transportation and disposal up to 500 m as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dewatering, cleaning and desludging of two Nos. aeration tanks of capacity 726 M³ each and two Nos. of clariflocculator of capacity 109 m³ each with brush, hard broom etc. scrapping deposit on walls i/c disposal at 500 m distance as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (One job is equivelent to one time cleaning of all the 4 tanks as mentioned above)

Dewatering, cleaning and desludging of wet well of 181.00M³ capacity, sludge pump house pit of 47.00m³ capacity and two nos bosster's pump house pits at MH-76 & MH-89/1 location in sewar line network of capacity 26.00M³ & 24.00M³ respectively each with brush, hard brooms etc. scraping deposit on walls i/c disposal at 500 m distance as per direction of Engineer in charge. (One job is equivelent to one time cleaning of all the 4 pits as mentioned above)
