Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (n exc 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) incl dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 mtr and lift upto 1.5m in all kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of broken stone gauge not exc 63mm, deposited , spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick , watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over area in hard / dense soil n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:4 in retaining walls, abutments and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, benching, haunching including all necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing in hard / dense soil n exc 15cm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation in hard / dense soil n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for column etc basements slab, under reamed piles etc and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

Reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like any thickness, above top of footing including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

Form work to edges of concrete, floor and roofs n. exc 20cm wide to rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to sides of concrete foundation, footing base of column, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beam or similar work vertical or batter etc complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets etc complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars, deformed or twisted 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required inluding cranking, bending spiraly for hoops for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (anealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boulder filling dry, hand packed tightly as in wire crate/apron blocks laid in position complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Stone shall be approved by the GE before executeing the work of this item. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on this account. (ii) Wire crate shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 50mm x 50mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped wired and laid in position, including closing, after filling complete all as specified and directed.

Boulders, laid dry, hand packed tightly as in shore pitching etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in hard/dense soil including spreading, levelling & watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n. exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with the ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, conforming to Fe 290 Gde E- 165 complete all as specified and directed.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bond stone, set in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:3 including raking out joints complete all as specified and directed.
