Note for all items: The work shall be carried in Bldgs/ Walls where seepage noticed/ repaired and to match the surfaces other than welcome/ periodical services contract, identical/ aesthetic view either in patch or in part/ full as ordered by GE on site. M&L for preparing of old decorated wall surfaces of (Plastered or unplastered) including cornices pillasters and other wall features by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distmpered and painted surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper white or tinted including filling of any minor hole/ deperssion with 1mm wall care putty etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces including filling of depressions etc with 1mm wall care putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved tint .

M&L for preparing of old decorated surfaces of (Plastered or unplastered) including cornices pillasters and other wall features by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distmpered and painted surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper white or tinted including filling of any minor hole/ deperssion with 1mm wall care putty all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of old painted surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synethic enamel paint on wooden surfaces all as specified and directd by Engineer-in-Charge

All as per Srl Mo. 4 above but one coat of paint on steel surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered/ unplastered wall Surfaces of walls, soffits of chajjas,cornices etc and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered/ unplastered Surfaces of walls, soffits of chajjas,cornices etc and applying two coat of cement base paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing of old decorated surfaces of wall(Plastered or unplastered) including cornices pillasters and other wall features and applying two coats of weather based paint of approved shade over 1mm wall care putty complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing of old decorated surfaces of wall (Plastered or unplastered) including cornices pillasters and other wall features for Finishing walls with texturedexterior paint of required shade: (two or more coat applied @ 3.28 ltr/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ sqm.all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered/ unplastered Surfaces of edges, facia & projection etc and applying two coat of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 300mm x 450mm, 7mm thick edge cut over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4 , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured Non Skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles edge cut exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm , in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, 15 mm thick complete all as specified.

S&F light shade Vetrified Ceramic tiles edge cut 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) finished fair and even .

S&F light shade Vetrified Ceramic tiles edge cut 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) finished fair and even.

S&F Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick edge cut/ joint free (squares/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone 20 to 25mm thick, in riser of steps, skirting, dado etc. over & including 10mm thick rendering (bedding layer) in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry (in patches where to repair seepage), built in CM or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for Old size brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & even without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, pillars & cornices & applying two coat of oil bound distemper on wall complete all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, pillars & cornices & applying two coat of cement base paint on wall complete all as specified.

M&L Precast cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded aggregate Set in CM(1:4) louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and as directed by engr in charge.

Demolition of PCC in roof covering, kerbs, roof kerbs, benching, coved fillets etc including old decayed water proofing treatment of any type all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for surface preparation by removal of all loose particle to ensure clean, smooth and dry surface and laying 25mm thick PCC type B-0, (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate finished even & smooth without using extra cement to cover negative slope into prop with WPC @ 3% weight of cement complete all as specified.

M&L for applying High build elasomeric waterproofing based on aliphatic polyurethane, cold applied of spray/ brush membrance with an elongation of 350% and crack bridging ability 2mm as per ASTM D412. The system includes final base preparation, single coat of single component PU based primer and applying Berger/Asian HS Elastoseal or equivalent brand of other manufacture in two coats to achieve a min. thickness of 1.2 mm, etc complete as per Manufacture specitions complete all as specified.

Dismantling and taking up or down the existing unserviceable GI pipe and M&L for new galvanised steel water tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors of following sizes :-

15 mm bore

20 mm bore

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., suspended chajjas, roofs, landing etc., jointed in any mortar

M&L for sand stone slab 75 mm thick in cills, chajjas, sunshades, shelves, landings, cover stones, templates etc not exc 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on the other side and set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete

S&F in repair PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets 10 Lit capacity complete (Toilet where seepage noticed through WC/ Flush tank these items shall be executed)

Demolition of old existing unserviceable EWC seat and S&F vitreous china wash down water closet pan ( Pedestal pattern ),white including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe,anti-sypohonage pipe etc. & with plastic WC seat cover white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified.
