Supply and fix of FRP ( Fibre Reinforced plastic ) Western Bio Toilet including the followings - (a) Structure and side walls - single FRP Structure of size 1000 x 1000 * 2000 mm and thickness 2 mm, the superstructure has 4 nos of embossed ribs for better strength & both side wall mirror finished digital printed (b) FRP Door - including FRP Door of size 680 x 1830 mm and thickness 18 mm including 3 nos of hinges, 1 nos of Al drop, 2 nos of tower bolt, 1 no of 150 mm long handle ans 1 no. of sliding door bolt 200 mm long ( all fittings should be of SS ) (c) Floor - the size of floor should be 1000 x 1000 mm and thuickness not less than 5 mm supported with 9 nos of MS angle of size 25*25*5 mm with FRP Coating and length 1000 x 1000 mm with water drainage system including 4 nos of floor channels. (d) Ventilator - glass fibre FRP of size 140*240 mm and thickness 3 mm. (e) Sanitary and plumbing fittings - It includes 01 nos of EWC ( Ceramic ), 01 no. of 10 litre capacity flushing cistern, 02 nos of PTMT Angle valve, 02 nos of PVC Connection, 01 nos of health faucet/hand shower ( ( PTMT ), 01 no. of FRP Wash hand basin, 01 no of PTMT Pillar tap, 01 no of 2 in 1 bib tap ( ABS ), 01 no of waste pipe, including fitting of 1/2 inches UPVC water supply pipe line complete inside the toilet. (f) Bio Digester Tank - Including FRP Bio digester tank of thickness not less than 6 mm , Size of tank should be 1000 x 1000 x 350 mm for 6 to 7 users having capacity of 350 litres complete all as specified and directed. (g) Make :- JRMS Model no. JBT-EWC-ST-02 OR Equivalent make. Note : - The above item includes all the necesaary arrangement for transportation, fixing at any location and position and 10 litres of Microbial solution complete all as specified and directed.
