Supply only fuse wire of rating 20Amps/40Amps/60 Amps

M & L for two coats of Aluminium paint on steel surfaces/wire over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation, filling and mass concret etc complete all as specified and directed including demolition of old unserviceable PCC.

M&L Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plane exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete as specified and directed including demolition of old unserviceable brick work.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed including preparation of surface.

Demolition of path /concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) .complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of road /Hard standing to a size of 30 cm in width and not exceeding 90cm in depth for laying of protection pipe /cable including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers and providing PCC in 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, for the top 100mm layer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay GI pipe light grade in replacement as cable protection laid on trench/floor, fixed on pole/wall etc of following sizes all as specified of size :-

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement outdoor type stainless steel (SS 316) cubical enclosure compartmentalized exterior and interior mirror type brushed suitable for highly corrosive environment, high creep resistance, better mechanical properties like ductility, yield strength, hardness etc.The enclosure shall be made of 2 mm thick SS 316 sheet. The fixing of double doors shall be on SS hinges with anti-theft provision (the door can’t be removed from enclosure without cutting enclosure). All fabrication/welding shall be done with TIG/MIG or as approved by Engineer in charge suitable for SS 316. Sliding handle and locking arrangement front and rear both side . Enclosure shall be suitable for AC supply system 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz. IP-55 class protection and mounted on channel 75 mm welded with panel of SS 316 with 04 Nos foundation bolt of size not less than 20mm dia and 300mm long. The enclosure shall have provision of cable alley . Cable entry from bottom side including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 2.5 sqmm).

Incomer of the panel having MCCB 4 pole , 400 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 35 KA with microprocessor release - 01 Nos , Digital Multifunction Meter (Accuracy class 0.5) with LCD display for measuring of current, voltage, power, power-factor, energy parameters, Total Harmonic Distortion and Maximum Demand Indication etc and shall have RS-485 port for communication on Modbus protocol – 01 No, CTs ratio 400/5 A, Class 1, ISI marked -01 sets of three, Indicating lamp- 01 set of three & Aluminium bus bar of rating 600 Amp, 4 pole , mounted on SMC insulator- set of four.

Outgoing of the panel having MCCB , 4 pole, 250 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 25 KA with thermal & magnetic release - 01 Nos, MCCB 4 pole , 125 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 25 KA with thermal & magnetic release - 03 Nos. All outgoing busbar shall be of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated current of MCCBs.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.10 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 , connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised ironside complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

NOTE :-(i)contractor should provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge.
