REPAIRS TO ROADS AND ROAD FURNITURE ITEMS AT KV RESIDENTIAL COPMPLEX UNDER GE (NW) BHANDUP

M&L for repair to potholes any depth , not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud of water scouring sunken surfaces in roads ,paths etc then laying of patchmate material in to the pothole and then compacting the layer using Hammer /rolling all as specifide and directed

M&L for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with pressure sprayer over existing black top surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen of VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled mechanical paver, the surfaces rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller and tandem vibrating roller etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements: (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt. approved Lab and the same shall be got approved from the GE before providing SDAC. (ii) In case of variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted @ Rs.37 per Kg .

M & L for thermoplastic road marking paint, conforming to BS-3262-1989 applied on road/pavement in lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc not exc 10 cm in width, white or golden yellow of thickness not less than 2 mm and retro-reflective glass beads 250-300 gm/ Sqm all as per manufacturer's instructions using thermoplastic application unit etc, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm*100mm*20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design acccording to 65 )of size 125*125*25 mm(shank 65mm) of high efficiancy Mano rystafie sol;ar panel 2.4V/.3 watt one NI-ed rechargable battery (1.2V/1600MA)consisting of super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors (unreinfoced) and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish/ demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC 1:4:8 C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base (75mm thick) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick, set jointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments anc including over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 etc and as approved by Engr-inCharge.
