| 1.01 | (i) Electrical supply wiring in the engine room and HRP room was found malfunctioning. The same shall be thoroughly inspected, fault-diagnosed, and rectified, including checking of cables, terminations, junction boxes, insulation condition, and associated fittings, to restore proper and safe operation. (ii) Three (03) nos. wall-mounted fans found non-operational; the same have to be repair/renewed as required.
(iii) Any other electrical works identified during the course of repair shall also be carried out as required, including necessary repair or renewal of defective components, as per the direction of the EIC/Surveyor. | - | - | - | - |

| 2(i) Side shell plating in the way of the anchor resting position was found holed/damaged. The same shall be cropped and renewed with a new plate as per existing. The scope shall include marking, gas cutting, edge preparation, fabrication, fit-up, welding, grinding, and finishing, followed by painting to ensure watertight integrity, complete in all respects. and any other plate, fender, railing, gas cutting, welding work required during repair, to be done as per direction of EIC. (ii) Rubber fender on the forward side is found damaged. The same shall be renewed and installed in position with all necessary fastening arrangements, brackets, bolts, nuts, washers, and other required materials as per the direction of the EIC/Surveyor. | |||||
